Fantastic experience: After what turned out to be a difficult sale, I can profess Sam Abbott goes above and beyond to help his clients. Our first buyers broke their contract and didn’t buy the house. Sam found new ones. The second set of buyers had issue after issue with their financing. Sam handled it. The condo association came up with compliance issues about our home at the 11th hour BOTH times we were about to close. He handled it like putting soft butter on sourdough. Sam was like Indiana Jones helping me move a few compliance items out in the torrential rain - this guy's been working out and he's a man of action and capability. I can’t say enough about this guy. I would need to find someone who was motivated. A respected member of the local community told me about Sam's good record, and his strong knowledge of the local market. I found him on social media and noticed some evidence of his ethical character. I made the call, and never regretted it. From the beginning, Sam was straight with me; this was going to be tough. Fantastic experience: We decided to list our home with Sam Abbott because of the thorough and comprehensive marketing proposal he presented us and because we felt like we could trust him. We should mention too that we were introduced to Sam by friends who ALSO had an excellent experience selling their home in Peterborough.
