Negative experience: Please don't place your real estate sign right in front of my For Sale By Owner sign so no one can see mine. That's a jerk move. Thanks. Update: Please remove your deflated open house balloon. It’s makes our neighborhood look trashy which has a house in it you’re trying to sell.

Negative experience: I would give her zero stars if possible. My wife and I wanted to buy a property in which she was the listing agent. We submitted a written offer and was told shortly after that the buyer accepted another offer. We were mad because we were told that our offer was competitive but we hadnt received a counter offer of any kind. Nonetheless we submitted a backup offer. After not hearing anything, our agent told us that she talked to the seller after closing. He had never recieved our offers! Joyce did not give him our offers so one of her relatives could get the house. The seller was furious after hearing that there were more offers. He said he felt forced to accept her relatives offer. Joyce is the definition of a SHADY REALTOR! I can only hope that there is legal action taken and her liscence is stripped.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the Joyce Bremmer Group. This was my first time purchasing a new home since my divorce. My realtor Kim thoroughly inspected the property to make sure it was a good purchase for the kids and I. Another helpful thing Kim did was gave a timeline of what I would need to do as I went through the closing process. Buying a home is an overwhelming feeling but using the timeline helped me take baby steps through the process which is what I needed. The Joyce Bremmer group was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. It was comforting to know they were looking out for my best interest during the entire process.
