Fantastic experience: The best realtor experience we have had TO DATE! Tenley came highly recommended by a friend who has purchased two houses through her. Tenley was extremely organized and thoughtful as we shopped for a vacation home on Topsail Island. Her knowledge of the area and coastal homes helped us tremendously. She made an overwhelming process crystal clear and easy to navigate. Tenley communicated with all parties involved in our purchase, even the lender. Fantastic experience: Hope Ogden is a fantastic realtor at Ocean Life Realty. She helped us so much in choosing a new home in Sneads Ferry. We first made an offer on a new build, but decided not to proceed when Hope researched and found that it wouldn’t have appraised at the price we offered. Then, she helped us buy another new build that was under construction. She kept up with the progress throughout the process and reached out to the builder on our behalf when things were moving slowly. Hope advised us to get a survey and home inspection done and gave us names of professionals to contact. We were so glad that we had both done since problems were found and could be corrected before we closed on the house. Hope is thoroughly professional in all ways, compassionate, caring, and gives very wise advice. It’s obvious that she loves her job and that she is committed to serving her clients. She isn’t just our realtor, she’s now a friend. If we ever decide to sell our home or have the need to buy another, we will certainly use Hope’s services again.
