Fast forward a couple of months and the rental I was living in sold out from under me! I had 30 days days to find a house and move. I'm looking through Facebook and see a home and contact the realtor... that happened to be Shawnna the same realtor recommended! We immediately started seeing homes. She took every phone call, texted me back promptly, recommended a loan officer that could work quickly (who was also great!), soothed my nerves when needed, and found me the perfect home! In the middle of all of this, we listed the estate house and sold it as well! We closed on both properties in the same week. I would never work with anyone other than Shawnna!

Negative experience: Terrible communication my boyfriend and I recently bought a house and Shawnna was our realtor and she wasn’t much help whenever we had questions about our taxes and how they were much higher than she had lead us to believe. I am not a scammer but it doesn’t surprise me that she wouldn’t remember me considering it was like pulling teeth to get answers from her especially once we had closed on the house. We also learned that where we were told our property lines were surrounding our yard were incorrect.

Negative experience: I’m a licensed realtor from Alton. I drove to Marion to show my best friend house. I have called this agent for two days wanting to show one of her listings....sure she said. I needed a code. Asked for two days and could not get it or get in. Called and called. Waited for her to respond. Would not take my calls. The most UNPROFESSIONAL agent I have ever dealt with in 18 years of doing business.
