Fantastic experience: We stayed the weekend at the Starry Cottage 1 and had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the small touches of higher quality toilet paper and plenty of extra towels didn't go unnoticed. On top of it all, the proximity to both Johnson City amd Fredericksburg was perfect! Would gladly stay at this property again.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay! The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with the perfect Hill Country castle feel. While it wasn’t specifically wheelchair accessible, the spacious layout gave us plenty of room to maneuver, which was very helpful. We also appreciated how accommodating they were with the hot tub in the evening. The room stayed wonderfully cool and dark for sleeping, and even the little touches—like the coffee and beautiful mugs—made the stay feel extra special. Such a lovely place for birthday weekend getaway! ✨

Fantastic experience: I loved my stay at this property. It is a lovely cottage with a huge porch that I loved. The location is perfect. It was exceptionally cleaned and very comfortable. The price was right. I will most definitely be back.

Negative experience: Beware. We booked with them through Airbnb for July 4 weekend a month and a half in advance. When got full instructions from Airbnb except the code. I called them for the code while sitting in the driveway and they said double booked and kicked us out. They were unfriendly and unsympathetic. Just said sorry we had a glitch in the system. I would not do business with them. I do want to apologize to them for loosing my temper on the phone. But they don’t deserve to be a super host or best at anything.

Negative experience: We just recently rented a location from this company and I must say look elsewhere to rent. Upon check in the front door neighbor was upset the two trash cans were overflowing with trash that it was falling to the street. Approaching us with threat to call the city. The pool was dirty and the water was low. The door knobs to the rooms were not working properly. Not to mentioned the bad smell that came from the dish sink, it penetrated the whole house with the bad smell. After a long day of being out in the sun we came back to the house being hot and took a while to cool since the thermostat was only set to cool on certain hours. We reached out to express our concerns and the whole time we were ignored or when barely got a response no accountability was taken or action. Save your time and money to avoid having the same issues as us.

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay here to celebrate our friend’s 50th bday. The layout of the property was great. The king beds were very comfortable, along with the couch. We were impressed!

The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the coffee bar was stocked, the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious! Positive experience: The inside of the property was good. Cute and had everything we needed. The outside was a total let down and for that reason we would not return or recommend friends. Yard was not maintained at all. High grass. Junk laying around and Turkey snd Chicken poop all over the concrete slab. We love animals and enjoyed the Turkey, Chicken and goats but host knew they gad guest coming and made zero effort on yard care. Website description was very misleading. This us just an honest review and if they would like to continue to host guest maybe yhis will help them see what guest see

Fantastic experience: Great two night stay at the Vista Moon - Cabin D. Great quiet, clean and thoughtful place. Not far from 290 wine country area. Highly recommend for couples and families. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic experience: Awesome tiny homes within walking distance of ab amazing winery, the Edge. Customer service was great! Clean cabins, great AC and tons of fun! 24 of us rented 8 houses, each was unique. So much fun for a get together!

Negative experience: The property (and area) uses well water. They said they have a filter but there clearly wasn’t a functioning filter. Because of this, the water was brown out of every faucet. There were zero clean dishes. No water means no drinking, cooking, washing, or showering. All the property managers did was send us bottled water. No offer to put us in another place or refund a portion. Instead they offered a 10% discount on a future stay. This was for my wedding. Goes without saying no bride wants to have to scramble to find a place for everyone to shower. On top of the water issue, my sister was injured in the property and got a black eye from a sharp eye-level corner in the master bathroom. Which she had the black eye in all the wedding photos. The property managers didn’t acknowledge this and didn’t have a first aid kit on property. They ignored my emails and calls. 0/10 star. Unsafe and dirty and no water with no support past sending bottled waters.

Fantastic experience: Girls trip. We had a wonderful five days in this very lovely house. The hot tub was good for two of us while the other three enjoyed the fire pit and comfortable chairs. Beds were wonderful. The house has everything you need plus things you didn’t know you needed. I would recommend the Gruene Haus to anyone. We will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful stay here with our family! The property is right next to a winery, which made it feel extra special and relaxing. We absolutely loved the beautiful décor, the full kitchen, and the hot tub—perfect way to end the night. We visited during spring break and had a great time exploring Fredericksburg for restaurants and even went horseback riding. Right next door is Lyndon B. Johnson Park, which was a hit with the kids—they loved seeing the cattle, and there were also sheep and turkeys. The host was also very responsive and quick to reply, which made everything smooth. Overall, it was an amazing experience and a memorable trip. ❤️

Fantastic experience: My sister's, cousins, and girlfriends spent last weekend at the Uncorked Cottage and it was fabulous!!!! We can't stop talking about how great the pool was how nice the house was and how convenient to town it was!!! Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: Bad business! We had booked a large property months ago for an upcoming trip in three weeks. The property was sold, which Bach bros now manages. They canceled our booking and requested us to rebook, which they have increased the rate 4x. Upon reaching out to Joe, they will not honor the original rate, and now we are less than three weeks out with no other comparable options for our group. Bad business on both ends.

Fantastic experience: The accommodations were amazing and just as shown on the website. Evening sunsets were beautiful and early morning fog from the distant river was really neat. Added bonus was the deer feeder in front of the property, which attracted numerous animals every night. Next door property had cows, sheep, goats, etc and the quietness made it feel you were away from the hustle & bustle of the world. Would recommend this property to others!

Fantastic experience: Hosts were very responsive to all inquiries. The house was amazing, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location was great too, not far from a number of wineries and just a short drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our group rented Riverview Ranch and it did not disappoint. We had a total of 4 adults and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. The home was perfectly equipped for all our cooking needs. The mini split kept us very warm in the cold weather. The hot tub was a huge plus. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful girls weekend in Fredericksburg this past weekend Jan 30-Feb 1st. We stayed at David Earl's Shack. The house is wonderful, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed drinking our wine in the hot tub on the cold evenings. I would definitely recommend this house and look forward to renting it again in the future.

Fantastic experience: We had a stay for my sister’s bachelorette party and had a very enjoyable stay at the Bach Bros Property. This is the 2nd time I have booked with them directly vs doing through a 3rd party site like Airbnb or VBRO. It was accurately described and accommodated us comfortably. Upon arrival, one door knob was broken and we had it repaired in a matter of 15 MINUTES! The turnaround time from emailing the issue and having someone arrive and repair was quicker than I had ever imagined. Thank you for the great service and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and will book with them every time we come back to Fredericksburg

Fantastic experience: Thank you for a wonderful Hill Country New Year. The Haus on the Hill was the perfect size for the 2 of us and our dogs. The yard was fenced and well secured so never worried about our small dogs getting out. Everything we needed was provided including toiletries and extra towels for the hot tub.

Fantastic experience: Our family Christmas trip was perfect, staying at Hello Bungalow in Fredricksburg. The house was lovely and well supplied. Several times someone in our family commented on what a perfect house it was. Joe was extremely responsive on every question we had. I cannot recommend this property enough and would give it 10 stars if that was an option.

Fantastic experience: Rock Haus is adorable, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. We were impressed at how much was at the house, and it made for a very nice trip. The outside area is spacious and very nice. Bach Bros was great to work with, letting us know they were there if we needed anything but thankfully not sending a bunch of emails and texts during our stay.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at Ranch Relaxo at Arch Ray. Awesome stay - everything we needed. Plus great location - short Uber to downtown but also really enjoyed being able to walk over and enjoy arch Ray after a day of wine tasting. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed at Memories On Mulberry this past week and had a fantastic time! The property was super clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved playing ping pong and singing karaoke in the all pink room! We had a small glitch with the air conditioning (probably user error) and their team showed up in minutes to fix the issue. I will certainly use Back Bros Properties in the future!

Fantastic experience: We have stayed at this property twice with our large group of friends. It is perfect! Each room has their private bathroom and microwave and fridge. The hosts are very responsive and have done a great job making sure everything you need is there! So peaceful at night by the fire pit or in the hot tub!

Fantastic experience: The Stonewall Main Haus was the perfect place for our getaway with a friend. We love the central location in the middle of wine country and short drive to area attractions in any direction. The house has plenty of room and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit out front talking in the evening. Thank you for a clean comfortable place to stay away from home. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I spent 2 days at Taste of Tuscany. It was Amazing!!! We all wish we could give it higher than 5 stars! It is very clean and comfortable and has been incredibly thoughtfully furnished. The back yard is an oasis of fun and relaxing options including a covered “game” area, a hot tub, a deck to lounge on and a covered porch where we sat each morning sipping our coffee and planning our day. There are even fun “photo op” walls: one inside and one in the backyard! The kitchen, game room, living room, bedrooms and baths are spacious and so comfortable. Even the laundry room is beautifully planned and stocked with extras: high chairs, ironing boards…and you have to check out the lighted make up mirror station! Definitely a great place any group will enjoy!

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful stay at the Bauern Haus! This was the perfect house for our Fredericksburg getaway and had everything we needed. The game room barn in the backyard was such a fun bonus—our girls had an absolute blast with the putt putt course. The home was spotless, very well stocked, and the linens and towels were excellent quality. As someone who owns a vacation rental property management business in New Braunfels, I’ll admit I’m pretty high maintenance when it comes to the rentals we book (as my husband loves to say). This home exceeded my expectations in every way. We would return in a heartbeat and will absolutely recommend it to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the cross mountain cottage in Fredericksburg, Tx. early september 2025-Great little cottage and location, cozy and beautiful inside and out, close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Private hot tub was a plus, didnt expect that - had a wonderful time, would stay again!

Negative experience: Horrible experience while staying in an Airbnb property in Fredericksburg, TX managed by Bach Brothers. The cassita never cooled below 80 degrees in the day. The AC unit didn't work, the pool pump was not on with 8 people in the pool and 95+ degree temps, the hot tub was not available for use 2 out of 3 nights of stay, and 2 refrigerators without working ice. The house was a lovely place. It was simply not being managed well. The worst thing was having to deal with a know-it-all property manager. I think his name was Joe. You could tell he thought he was above needing to deal with making sure things worked. He was the most insulting person that I have ever come across. He became irrational after he refunded one nights stay and I didn’t give him a 5-star review. He thought he could“buy” a good review.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed at Vista Azul two times with our family, and it is WONDERFUL! It is ideally located close to all the conveniences of home, yet on a beautiful private hill. Bach Bros are so responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again!

Fantastic experience: Just finished a four night stay at the Wine Down house. The six of us were in Fredericksburg for a girls reunion weekend of college friends. The house is fabulous! We all commented that it might be the best short term rental property we have stayed at. With the main house, the "garage" house, and the "back" house it is so spacious. Everything about the home is so comfortable and decorated perfectly. Anything you could need is in the house. Plenty of linens and comfortable beds. The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the backyard in the evenings. The house is conveniently located to Main Street within a comfortable walking distance. Bach Bros were easy to communicate with. When we arrived we had a couple questions about the property and I was able to speak with someone and get my questions answered right away. I would highly recommend a stay at the Wine Down house!

Extremely clean, inside and out, and the service was great from the management. Walking distance with a bridge through the neighborhood into downtown Fredericksburg. Can't wait to stay again! Fantastic experience: Everything about this place is fabulous. Great location just minutes from town. Fantastic rustic cabin seal. The beds are comfortable. There's plenty of space for four adults and probably two kids too. We really enjoyed staying here for spring break. The host is fantastic and send someone out within 12 hours when we had an issue with the air conditioner. Everything about this place is great and we would definitely return to a Bach Bros property.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to Haus on Hill. Mid century modern vibes. Not one but 2 full bathrooms. The en suite looked new with a lovely large shower and dual sinks. King bed was very comfy. There is a fenced in backyard and patio with a hot tub which we didn’t use but will when we return on our next trip to Fredericksburg.

Fantastic experience: Adorable home! Lots of original charm and character but amazingly updated for modern conveniences and todays style. Great home for a girls weekend, a family, or two couples. We enjoyed the open kitchen into the large living room along with fire pit and hot tub area. Plenty of parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars. Bedrooms- a big plus! Every bed received a 5 for comfort and 5 plus for luxurious linens. Great decor as well. We will be back!

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at Peach Street Retreat & it was wonderful! The home was clean and spacious. Furnishings were cozy and the decor was adorable. We all slept easy in the comfortable beds. We did not prepare any meals while we were there, however, the kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you might need to do so. Location was perfect as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay this past weekend. Plenty of sleeping space and tons of entertainment with the spa, firepit, and garage with ping pong and basketball games. We used Uber throughout most of our stay and the house was fairly close to anything you want to do in Fredericksburg. It was great and we will definitely be back again!

Revins Haus Is sweet, charming, private, two blocks from the Main Street; a fully equipped home. Needless to say, if we return to a vacation rental the experience is wonderful. Fantastic experience: My family loved our stay at Stonewall Bungalows near Fredericksburg TX. We rented the entire property and it was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend together with 5 couples and their children with the main house and 3 other smaller homes. We found the place clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully furnished. Each house is uniquely decorated in modern retro style. The firepit was a hit as well. We’ve been hunting in the area for 25 years and this property is by far our favorite gathering spot.

Fantastic experience: Joes place was great! It’s out a bit from downtown Fredericksburg, which made it a very peaceful, cozy place to land for a couple of days. He had it stocked with snacks and beverages, and everything ready to go for the fire pit. Next time we’ll go when it’s cooler and take advantage of it. He was a great host-made everything easy!

Fantastic experience: I stayed at one of the houses - we had a group of 4 ladies and we loved it. The beds were super comfortable and the house was able to stay cool which is very important in May/June in Texas. I loved that all the rooms had sound machines as well. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard around the fire pit chatting - it was so quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Fantastic experience: We loved everything about this house. It was so thoughtfully designed, furnished and decorated. The beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were perfectly stocked with anything you needed. The kitchen had LABELS! Which I don't know about anyone else but the worst part of being in a new kitchen is opening every cabinet, every time trying to find a cup! The ground were well maintained and great for sitting around a fire.. it rained while we were there so we got to enjoy a few little snail friends which was honestly like the highlight of my Sunday morning. So cute! The location was perfect even to walk all the way to the other end of main.. if you don't mind a walk which we don't. Joe was wonderful with details and instructions. Nothing was left to second guess. They also thoughtfully left welcome cookies that were divine. Looking forward to a future girls weekend at this house.

Fantastic experience: 5-stars isn't enough for our Exceptional stay at BlueBonnet Bungalow! We were so impressed by the warm hospitality! The house was beautifully decorated with unparalled attention to detail!!! The location was fantastic, offering easy access to all the hot spots. Overall, we had a wondeful time and would highly recommend BlueBonnet Bungalow to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fredricksburg!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Wine Down House. The property and all its buildings were so nice, clean, spacious and outfitted. Every detail was just perfect. They were outfitted with everyrhing we could possibly need and updated and decorated to a “T”. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here.
