Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I reached out to Jessica when I ran into issues trying to buy my home. My purchase had a few oddities that my original lender just couldn’t grasp. Jessica hopped right in and took the reins and after my lender refused to communicate with me at all, she recommended an amazing Lending Team. Fantastic experience: There are not enough words we could use to convey just how amazing Jessica is, I’m not even sure the proper superlative has been invented yet. From the moment we contacted her all the way through closing she was a godsend. Coming from out of state to a home that needed to be sold ASAP to help support our families’ medical needs she navigated those waters flawlessly. To her credit, she pulled the title early in the process to prevent any hiccups at the end and lo and behold there was an issue. She parallel pathed the listing and showings with the title cleanup, advising us each step of the way with professionalism and friendliness. Throughout the entire process this felt like a friendship instead of a business relationship. Jessica was responsive to late-night texts and calls, taking in the entire situation and making sure we had no stress. Her strategy and our goals aligned in harmony, and the house sold much faster than we had anticipated thanks in no small part to her outstanding work. Fantastic experience: Jessica was amazing. She knew exactly what the VA inspection would be looking at and would let us know right away if a home would pass or fail. It was my very first home purchase and she made the experience very enjoyable even though the market is difficult right now. She never made me or my family feel rushed when viewing homes. Even after falling on ice when arriving at a home she still continued to show the home and then a few days later went back out to show us more. I learned a lot about what to look for in basements. She made both myself and my wife laugh everything we were around each other. She definitely loves her job and is obviouly good at it as it reflects in how she carries herself. Fantastic experience: Jessica Belanger is the best realtor ever. She is passionate, she truly cares about her clients and she gets the job done. Jessica was amazing to my family. We were selling our home and purchasing a new one. We had some hiccups during the process. Jessica listed our house on a Thursday and by mid Sunday we had multiple offers over the asking price. We selected an offer and the week of closing the buyers backed out. Jessica called us immediately and relisted our home on a Wednesday by Friday we again had multiple offers over the asking price. This could have been a stressful breaking point for us but Jessica stayed calm, we had a plan and our home sold shortly after, over the asking price. We were buying a new home, the appraisal came in under asking price, my husband and I thought we would have to start the house hunting process again. NOPE! Jessica did her thing and talked the builder(it was a new build) into the appraisal price. Seriously they could have kept it on the market another month and with more houses in the area it would have appraised over the asking price. She got us a huge discount plus she had them through in sod and sprinklers on top of the lower price! Without an experienced realtor my families dreams of moving would have been shattered but Jessica's passion for her work and her knowledge would not allow that. She truly is the best realtor.
