Negative experience: My wife and I hired team span to sell our home for us in 2023. At first they appeared very gung ho and presented us with some amazing photographs to put on the Internet and website. We were a little leery to sign with them because they demanded a six month contract. After the initial pictures things got very slow. They never put in any effort to show the house or have an open house. There were literally weeks that went by without a showing. My wife requested an open house one weekend and they did do an open house for 2 hours. After sometime and no showings my wife requested another open house but they said they were gonna be out of town, and they seemed to travel quite a lot. When we did question things after more time went by, they decided that they wanted to let us out of our contract at that point. Then we went with another agent within the same company and it was night and day. She showed the house, did open houses, and we received five offers within three months, and happily sold the house. I don’t understand how there are so many good reviews for this team, but our experience was 100% a one star.

Fantastic experience: This team kept our family updated during the whole process. We had unexpected structural issues to be taken care of and they took care of everything. They went far above and beyond when there was an issue with UPS delivery. Who drives 1.5 hours to ensure the paperwork is completed? Team Spann does!

Fantastic experience: Living 100 miles away from Murray and having no contacts in the Murray area, we chose Team Spann based on the number of positive reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Mick and Becky were always quick to respond to our every concern throughout the home shopping and then buying process. I was apprehensive about purchasing a property so far away from my home, but Team Spann made the process effortless. From helping coordinate inspections, submitting and responding to offers and counter offers and counter counter offers, right through the remote closing, they could not have been more attentive to our needs. We closed a month ago and they are still being helpful with providing contacts for service providers. It’s unlikely that we will purchase another property in the area, but I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a top-notch realtor, and when we are ready to sell our Murray property, Team Spann will definitely be our choice.
