Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Lisa Murguia highly enough! I was an out of state buyer, purchasing entirely on line, and was referred to her by Zillow. I was looking at multiple types of homes, in multiple areas. I had a set budget, a little below the current market. Lisa went above and beyond!!! She drove to many different areas, did multiple video tours, always within 48 hours, and even allowed and met with my friends and let them inspect and tour the home I ended up purchasing. She was patient, wise and encouraging. She was ALWAYS available to me, and explained each step. I felt very confident and well represented with her as my agent. She set up inspections, and handled all details for me, all while I was out of state, right down to the final closing. I cannot tell you how many times I changed my mind on different homes, and yet, Lisa hung with me, she never made me feel bad, and told me that what I was going through was just all part of the process of figuring out what you really want. I was very lucky to get the home I purchased, and I FIRMLY believe, if it was not for Lisa it would not have happened. Again, I cannot recommend her highly enough!
