Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with Antonio’s service. It took him 4 months to find a tenant. He lacks communication skills, I would call him or text him and he would take days to respond or not respond at all. I asked him a few times to remove the lockbox from the front door because it’s hard for my tenant to open the door. It going to be 2 months since the tenant moved in and the lockbox has not been removed. Unfortunately, I do not recommend him.

Fantastic experience: if we could give him more stars, we would! We used Tony to sell our house flip in a mistimed market. We went into the process extremely worried because we knew we had just transitioned out of a sellers market and into a buyers market. We had dealt with several agents beforehand and had been soooo misguided. To tell a long story short, whether you are buying or selling, you NEED a good agent representing you.. it can make the difference of thousands of dollars. We are thankful to have had Tony come to the rescue when he did - he got the house under contract and sold before we had even anticipated. Our biggest regret was not using him sooner!
