She sold our condo in Canal Winchester in about 3 days after listing and we were able to quickly sign it over directly from our home. She also found our new place and since we were living in Wheeling WV at the time, she was able to let us sign papers electronically. We only had to show up for final signing. She was so friendly and helpful and was like talking to a best friend.
