Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to have had Eric Hart, owner of Home and Land Realty, by our side as we purchased our first commercial office building in Denver. This was a big step for us, and being our first commercial real estate purchase, there was definitely a lot we didn’t know. Fantastic experience: From Sold to Welcome home! Choosing the right real estate agent can be a challenge. And we sat down with 3 before we made our choice. We were looking for the perfect person to help us sell our very unique 2 home property but also buy our next home. We chose Eric! The big decider - he was the only one that came at us with real facts, not just opinions. Fantastic experience: I would like to set the facts straight!!! Our realtor Eric Hart has made selling our house seamless especially with us being out of state, always answers our questions and has kept us informed of all of our options through the whole process. The buyers postponed two closing date and wanted to postpone again, causing us to make another house payment. We chose not to extend anymore. So the buyers TERMINATED the contract. At that point we decided just to put the house back on the market. We had 3 new offers the very same day. We choose the best offer and were under contract that day. So we will just let Eric’s reputation speak for itself. We are very happy with Eric and the new contract he got for us.

Negative experience: I write this review to hopefully save someone else the headache and heartache I have experienced. I had a nightmare of an experience when trying to purchase a property Eric was selling. Throughout the transaction he was very unprofessional and hot headed. Unfortunately on our original closing day we had a hold up out of our control occur as we were waiting on approval from a government entity and needed to reschedule to the next week, he responded to our need to amend with a vendetta for our realtor who was not at fault for the delay in closing and refused to reasonably negotiate a solution that would benefit anyone but himself (even demanding that the additional money negotiated for did not have verbiage designating it for the sellers profit.). After we agreed to everything he demanded in the counter amendment, Eric refused to allow us to move our termination to the new closing date in a week which is typically not a big request. As a result we had to terminate our contract because he refused to find a solution that would benefit anyone but himself (even disregarding the best interests of the sellers who were wanting a quick sale). Our loan did clear to close this week as expected so it is very unfortunate that he gave us no logical choice but to terminate and refused to even consider reviving the contract for everyone’s best interest. We were absolutely heartbroken to lose the home and are now without a home as we sold our house to buy that home. If you need a realtor for buying or selling I suggest you save yourself the time, money, and heartache and choose someone else.
