Fantastic experience: Having Amanda as our agent in the selling of our house to finding the perfect home for our retirement has been a fun journey in our lives. Amanda came in and laid the ground rules for us to follow in the selling of our house, what a job Mike and I had. We did what was needed to be done, all the whole time searching for a new home for us. Amanda suggested an area for us, but we wanted to look at a couple of other areas. We looked and looked and found nothing. We looked at the area Amanda had first suggested and the 2nd house there, we bought. Then we had more deadlines from Amanda to meet at our house. She must of had the gut instinct to put our house on the market four days early, because it was under contract 6 days later. Amanda is a very fun lady, a beautiful person inside and out; and yeah, intimidating sometimes, but always looking out for the best for us. She went out of her way putting up with our dogs, she even used them in one of her videos of our house. She was always available for questions, showing us things in advance to what needed to be done and what to expect. Amanda was the perfect person to complete our journey to new adventure in life
