Fantastic experience: We couldn’t recommend Olivia enough. From the beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping our family find the right home. Our transaction ended up having more than a few unexpected twists and stressful moments, and Olivia handled every one of them professionally. She was always available when we had questions, communicated clearly, and consistently advocated for us while keeping everything moving toward closing. Having someone we trusted in our corner made a huge difference.

Fantastic experience: Good experience selling my home in a decent window of time. Olivia gave us adequate attention and time. Practical, ethical, and hard working describe my perception of her right now.

Fantastic experience: 5 GOLD STARS! Premiere, classy, hard working, respectful, responsive, and GETS THE JOB DONE! Our family sold our rural home that was in a trust without being in the area. We didn’t even have a realtor yet but a prospective buyer had hired the service of Olivia and she worked both buyer and seller sides impeccably. Selling a home without being there can be hard but she absolutely nailed it. We got lucky stumbling into working with her…don’t get lucky. If you have a property to sell or buy give her a call first!!! Make the decision to use her service and I firmly believe you and your family will be as impressed with her and her team as much as we were.

Negative experience: Wind River Realty sold the rental property we were living in at the time. While we were able to move into a new place, they allowed the new owners to access the property before our move-out period had ended. As a result, the new owners removed many of our belongings without our consent. I lost irreplaceable items, including belongings of my deceased mother and some of our furniture. They also attempted to take my husband’s military knife collection, which we thankfully managed to recover. However, they threw out my Charter Communications equipment, leaving me with an unpaid bill that has now damaged my credit. Despite this, Wind River Realty has refused to take responsibility or cover the costs. This experience has been deeply upsetting, and it’s clear that this company prioritizes their own interests over the well-being of their clients. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: While we haven’t purchased a house yet, Alison has been great about sharing places that come up that she knows we may be interested in. Knowing that she is keeping us in mind is a great feeling!

Fantastic experience: Olivia didn’t bat an eye when we came to her with a slightly crazy idea. She helped us find a lender willing to work with us for purchasing and renovating a foreclosure. Having previously worked in real estate, I knew the advice she was giving us was sound. Even years later, she remembers us for our closing anniversary! I highly recommend her and her agency!

Negative experience: AVOID. She did not tell us the home we were interested in had been flooded, and acted as if it was still in new condition. She also did not tell us about the yearly irrigation fees before we came to see the house. We wasted a whole day driving one way to see the house. This is information that should have been in the listing for the house. If we had known ahead of time we would not have wasted our time and money to view it. She cannot be trusted in our opinion.

From beginning to end nothing but Professionalism. And every year I get a card on my day of purchase anniversary. Negative experience: WE REMODELED HOME, CLEANED UP THE PROPERTY AND LISTED IT WITH OLIVIA LAST DECEMBER. SHE KEPT WANTING US TO LOWER THE PRICE. WE FEEL SHE DID NOT WORK VERY HARD AT GETTING BUYERS BECAUSE WE SENSED SHE DID NOT THINK ALL OUR HARD WORK AND EXPERTISE AS WELL AS WHAT THE PROPERTY HAD TO OFFER WAS NOT OF HER "LIKING". SHE AND HER EMPLOYEE KATIE WORKED HARDER FOR THE BUYER THAN US AS THE SELLERS. PRETTY MUCH THEY AND THE BUYER WALKED ALL OVER US. VERY, VERY STRESSFUL! KATIE WROTE UP A LOWBALL OFFER THEN OLIVIA SPRUNG ON US THE NEED FOR THE SEPTIC SYSTEM TO BE REPLACED DUE TO IT NOT BEING PERMITTED. THE COUNTY DID NOT START ENFORCING THE PERMIT RULE UNTIL 2020. THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS REDONE LESS THAN 10 YEARS AGO WE FOUND OUT DURING THE LAST MONTH UNDER CONTRACT. THE BUYERS SIGNED AT CLOSING AND THEN WERE ALLOWED TO MOVE IN A FEW HOURS LATER. WE SIGNED IN THE AFTERNOON AND LEARNED WE WOULD NOT GET OUR MONEY UNTIL THE LENDER APPROVED OF ALL THE TERMS AND ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT WAS SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES. THEN THE NEXT DAY THE LENDER CAME UP WITH SOME ZIP CODE ISSUE WITH THE BUYER AND BUYER HAD TO SIGN MORE PAPERWORK. THE TITLE COMPANY FINALLY GOT FUNDS WIRED TO THEM AND WE GOT OUR MONEY 24 HOURS LATER AFTER SIGNING. WE HAD NEVER HEARD OF A BUYER MOVING IN UNTIL EVERYONE SIGNED AT CLOSING AND THE SELLER GOT THEIR MONEY. OLIVIA NOR KATIE BOTHERED SHOWING UP WHEN WE SIGNED NOR ANY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS TO SAY THANK YOU FOR LISTING WITH THEM. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE REALTORS IN THE COUNTY. THEY DEFINATELY SOURED US ON REMODELING HOUSES AND FLIPPING THEM!!!! THEY DID NOT EARN THEIR COMMISSIONS! THEY MADE MY HUSBAND RUN HIMSELF RAGGED RUNNING BETWEEN LANDER AND HUDSON NUMEROUS TIMES A DAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS A WEEK WITH INSPECTIONS, APPRAISAL, WATER TESTS, ETC. WE WILL BE LUCKY TO GET ANY PROFIT ON THE SALE FOR OUR LABORS AFTER ALL THEIR BS AND THEIR LOWBALL OFFER ON A PROPERTY THAT HAD MORE POTENTIAL AND WAS WORTH MORE THAT WHAT THEY GOT IT SOLD FOR. SHAME ON THEM FOR THEIR ATTITUDE, CORRUPTNESS AND BEING SO UNETHICAL AS WELL AS UNPROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND CORKY AYERS OF HOME SOURCE REALTY IN LANDER IF YOU ARE BUYING OR SELLING PROPERTY. HE IS EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER WANT OR NEED IN A REALTOR!!!

Negative experience: Pathetic at best ! very well versed in poor ethics and practices in their dealings and I can promise you they will not have your best interest in mind when selling for you ! would not under any circumstances recommend these people for any reason !

Buying and selling I have worked with Katie Vroman and she is the best! She has helped me and my other family members buy and sell over 8 or 9 houses. She is always on the ball, patient, kind and she is honest about every part of the process. Her down to earth, real world outlook, makes the buying and selling process easy and less stressful. I have also worked with Brooke McWilliams when Katie wasn’t available and she was fabulous as well!

Negative experience: From the horrible experience of renting a house they were hired to sell with horrible communication to the horrendous attitude given by someone working here trying to sell a home across the street from my new home, wouldn’t go to them for anything. Unless you are selling a home they are rude and unwilling to communicate.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! I had a run down house I needed to sell (seriously, it was a wreck...squatter damage EVERYWHERE). I called around and finally decided to go with Wind River Realty and Laura didn't bat an eye at whether she wanted to take on this sale (I'm sure she batted more than eye at the condition of the home). She was professional AND friendly, informative and encouraging. We worked through some numbers and made the listing. It took her around two weeks to help me sell my home and two days to finalize the deal. Whatever you're looking for, Wind River will help you find it (with real estate, of course...I don't think they can help you find your lost keys or something).
