Fantastic experience: Dorothy was recommended to us from an agent she works with to sell our Mom and Dad's house in Winthrop. She helped us get the house ready to sell and with a few open houses we had an offer soon after it was listed. She had to work with a less than perfect buyers agent. She made sure all the paperwork was in order and the closing went very well. Thanks Dorothy for all you did for us that made our childhood home sell.

Fantastic experience: First time home buyers ! We worked with Dot to find our first and forever home . She was very patient, kind , and importantly informative.. When you are looking for a home you want it to be as stress free and with all the excitement you want it to happen as soon as possible lol.. well it didn’t happen like that but it was as close as it can get thanks to Dot . Dot worked hard for us as if we were her only clients (we weren’t ) I would text her with random thoughts/questions , send her homes , and the list goes on .. she was quick to respond and answer my questions.. One thing that stood out to me with Dot was this wasn’t “buy and be done” she wants to make sure her clients are actually going to be happy with the home .. so while we checked out homes she would help identify things that would possibly be an issue .. of course she isn’t able to disclose some things but things that she was able to she would. Dot is a trustworthy lady and I think that’s important characteristics especially when it comes to buying a home. I would recommend Dot to anyone who is looking for a home.
