Fantastic experience: David took the time to understand what we were looking for. His character and honesty make all the difference. He was patient when we changed areas and continued to lead the process. He used his network to find us our current home the day it went on the market. I always recommend David to anyone I know who is looking for a home. Update 2026: Let me put it this way: This is the 5th house David has been our realtor for between friends and family. When you have so much saved up and invested on the line, there is no one better to calll. What makes the experience great is how David conducts his business. Ethical, professional, skillful negotiations, experienced and, most of all, honest. Can't beat it.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. The experience with Dave was unmatched. This was our first home buying experience and it went flawlessly thanks to his guidance. He collaborated with our lender, kept us immediately updated on new info, checked in with us through the process and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We will without a doubt always use him for any realtor needs in the future and highly suggest you do too. He truly cares about his clients and works hard to get them the best deal and make sure the house is safe and a great fit. (He even walked through the house before closing and replaced the batteries in our thermostat to make sure we had a/c on our first day). Awesome experience, great person!

He scheduled showings so I did not need to miss work. I was a cash buyer and wanted to close quickly and he made that happen.
