Anytime I wanted to see a house, she made it happen ASAP which is important in this fast moving market. He gave us a lot of helpful pointers and when it came time to list our house he had an amazing photographer come and take unbelievably great photos. Once listed we had numerous showings scheduled and had 4 different offers in the first 2 days on the market! We got an accepted offer out of the 4 that came in and closed on schedule. My favorite thing about him was how personable he was and how he paid attention to what we liked and didn’t try to talk us into anything. Fantastic experience: I was directed to Tim by my cousin, who is also a realtor and had previously worked with Tim. She spoke highly of him and his knowledge on the areas we were looking in and homes themselves. I felt bad for the time crunch we were under to find a home, especially to fit a family of seven. But Tim didn't give up looking or hesitate to show us ones we found. He at one point told us to not rush on a house we don't truly like/love, as we would regret it later. Which speaks volumes of the type of realtor and person he is.
