Communication was on point and Carl did everything he could to get us quickly into our new home. And to have a broker who takes the time to understand what your looking for and make this experience as smooth as possible, I couldn’t ask for a better person. To him it’s not about the commission but all about seeing a family happy in their new home, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better broker. Thank you again!

He handled everything and made me feel like I was still there and in control of this unique situation. From the start to finish I knew I had someone I could rely upon and work with everyday. Fantastic experience: This Realtor/Broker is such a nice guy. I used him twice, once selling my home and he got be over asking by a lot which I wasn’t expecting at all. Also helped me buy my new house and he worked with the other realtor and negotiated a unheard of price in that neighborhood. I consider him a very good friend now. He keeps in contact with me just to see how I am and if I’m happy. He’s taking me out a few times just to take me out, after the closings which usually once a realtor sells you barely hear back from them. He also helped me rent out my in-law suite for more then I thought I should get which was really sweet. Carl is amazing in every way. Best realtor I dealt and will always deal with. If your looking to buy, sell, etc… don’t look further. I assure you this is your man for anything to do with properties. Also i call him for referrals on home improvements and he always has great trustworthy people to come help me and they are always significantly cheaper then the other quotes I’ve gotten. I can’t say enough great things about him and his team. I highly recommend Bletzer Realty!!! A++++++++ all around!!! Thank you guys for being you.

He listed it on a Friday, had an open house with 27 prospective buyers on the following Monday and an over asking contract signed 2 days later. He helped me and my wife through a very difficult closing and was instrumental in resolving the problems in hand. Carl has the patience, is very knowledgeable and knows the business like no other! Negative experience: Completely unprofessional would never recommend them to anyone. We recently purchased a house from them and were shocked by how much trash they left behind. Nails, and scraps of materials were left everywhere. They bought and "restored" the house yet we had siding falling off within 2 weeks. The yard was littered with trash and cigarette butts from the construction. Do not use these people, completely unprofessional and cut every possible corner. Forgot to add it took them over 2 weeks to pick up their "for sale" sign.
