Fantastic experience: We don’t think very often you find the other party’s realtor willing to go out of their way for you, but Alicia did! Being our realtor was not local (nor us!) Alicia stepped up and did a FaceTime walk thru which allowed us to see the property. She continued to work with everyone involved to make our home purchase go smoothly. Alicia even took time out of her busy schedule to provide us with the name of the song she used in the video (which was amazing!) made for the property! Negative experience: I emailed about a property she had listed. I received a response to my question in which she asked what I was looking for. I emailed her back and have heard nothing from her in a week. That's just bad business. I will be using a different realty company for my home search.

Fantastic experience: After my dad passed recently, my mom decided she needed a fresh start and a new environment. This is where Alicia came into the picture. She found my mom the perfect condo the same day. My mom was able to move in quickly with the help of Alisha and their renting agent Lauren. Not only did she help with that but she put mamas house on the market and the next day we had 3 offers. Her videos and advertising of the home for sell were great. Alisha went into action herself trying to help my sister and I figure out how to clear these. She reached out and finally we have everything cleared and closing in a few days.
