It was in a great location, near a lot of stores, for anything you may need. This was the perfect size house for us(5adults,2teenBoys,2toddlers and s baby) nice and big inside.Definitely want to stay again when we vacation in Texas again. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Un lugar increíble para vacacionar, excelente servicio y trato

Fantastic experience: We were in town for a funeral so most of our time was spent out with family friends; however, it was so nice to be able to come in at night to a home away from home. It was just my daughter and I, and it was so nice that we were able to get comfortable and relax with a late night snack in front of the TV before being able to retire to our own rooms. THAT alone made a huge difference in our visit. The apartment itself was immaculate!!! The beds were comfortable and we were able to get a great night's rest. Having our own restrooms was especially nice and the walk-in closets were HUGE!!! There was no TV in the rooms or dressers, but the shelving in the huge walk in closets gave me a place to set things. We took our own candles, but when we walked in it smelled so clean and nice, we didn't use ours. Two bedrooms - the master bathroom had it's own bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms had King Sealy beds (not too firm) with four (4) soft pillows and soft, weighted comforters. All bed dressing was white (and no mattress protector if you have children). The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms come with two (2) white, packaged bath towels and one white face towel next to the sink. There are small trashcans in the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen (no 13gal trashcan), and the large curbside trashcan is on the back, fenced-in patio. The couch in the living room is an L couch, and the side seat reclines but does not pull out into a bed. We did not cook so I did not look for pots and pans, but there were plates, small glass glasses, large knives, and silverware. The refrigerator is NOT connected to a water line, so there is no automatic icemaker or filtered water, but it is a full sized refrigerator. There is a Keurig, microwave, toaster, and oven. The washer and dryer are front load so remember to leave the washer door open for a while after use or it WILL get musty. The entire apartment is tile so bring your house shoes!!! Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans with remotes and dimmable lights. Finally, the A/C control is digital and fully functional!!! All in all, it was very comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Negative experience: The Worst Airbnb Experience of My Life — Absolutely Revolting! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was hands down the most disgusting and misleading Airbnb I have ever encountered. First of all, the entire house was filthy beyond belief. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in DAYS. The floors were sticky and covered in dirt and hair, the furniture was stained and smelled horrible. The bathrooms were even worse. The toilet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in ages, and there were random hairs everywhere — absolutely revolting. The towels provided looked like rags you’d use to wash a car, and the sheets on the bed had yellow stains, had hairs and smelled musty. And don’t even get me started on the pool. The main reason we booked this property was for the pool, but when we arrived it looked like a swamp. The water was green and murky — it was completely unusable and a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, the host was completely unresponsive and clearly didn’t care at all. This place is a complete scam. It should be shut down for health code violations. Do yourself a huge favor: stay far, far away. You’d be better off sleeping in your car than stepping foot in this disgusting dump

Fantastic experience: Great stay; clean and spacious. Easy to access and clear instructions. The pool is huge, we had a lot of fun, great to take a break from shopping.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful stay at the Tiny House! Very clean and very safe! I had a last minute issue and needed to book a new Airbnb and it was so easy to do an instant book with Tidy House. Lynda was fast to respond when I couldn’t get the WiFi to work. Everything in the home looks brand new and our stay was so comfortable. Can’t wait to book again!

Fantastic experience: Very lovely home and thoughtful host! Our family enjoyed the stay and will be back!! Too many good things to say!!!

Fantastic experience: The house is big and spacious and the backyard was awesome

Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect. Stores and restaurants were convenient. Thank you for making our granddaughters graduation a memorable one!

Fantastic experience: Jade Nest was our refuge in time of crisis. After 5 weeks living in our tiny RV we wanted some normalcy and found Jade Nest. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every minute of it. Jade Nest is close to so many restaurants, entertainment, and easy to get to. When we needed to extend our stay for an Additional week, Tan handled it all and all I had to do was click on a button and we were all set. Tan was a fabulous host and instructions were easy to understand and we have no issues with our accommodations. Tan was quick to respond when we asked about trash pickup, since we were residents for 3 weeks and didn’t know the trash collection schedule. We would recommend Jade Nest to anyone traveling to the McAllen- Edinburg area. Thank you Tan.

Fantastic experience: Excelente lugar!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time, definitely recommend this place!!!

Fantastic experience: A great experience at this house, a lot of space in a great location! Excellent communication with the host, very responsive and proactive.

Negative experience: Keeping it small and simple. THE WORST experience ever!!!! I do not and most definitely will not recommend this place. Previous reviews are clearly all lies. Reached out to owner in regards to the dirty pool just to get lied about the pool guy was stopping by the next day to clean it. Well that6day never came around. Reached back to owner for a follow-up and got no response. The beds? Think I was better off sleeping in my car than trying to get some rest on those cheap squeaky beds. Also as the days past by my kids woke up with bites on their body (not sure what it was but they were definitely some type of bite) . For what they charge for this place the least you could do is get better beds and have the pool clean for your guests.Sad to see the disappointment on my kids eyes when they saw the dirty pool. That was our main reason we got this place "for the pool".

Fantastic experience: The place was very beautiful my family enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family stayed at one of the properties in corpus and it was great and peaceful and felt like a home away from home.it was easy to get to property host was responsive and helpful would recommend to friends in the future!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pharr, Texas! The house was cute, clean, and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. It was clear that the host took great care in maintaining the property. What truly stood out, though, was how amazing and responsive the host was – they made sure I had everything I needed and were quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic experience: Awesome home...great location...very good comunication with host always available...Definately visit soon

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for an event at Bert Ogden Arena. It was a great location, central to everything we needed. House has plenty of amenities to keep your family comfortable during your stay.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tidy Housing's place! The house was beautiful, the location was perfect for exploring Pharr, TX., and Tidy Housing's was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience at the McAllen home, it was beautiful inside and out. We loved the modern sleek decor along with the comfortable amount of space and furniture. Our experience in booking and staying was a breeze and satisfactory, from checking in to finding anything we needed (tvs in all rooms, grill, pool, kitchenware, etc). We were happy the whole place was in great condition and would come again soon!

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our stay here the location is perfect, I loved the decorations/art, everything in general was amazing. We felt very comfortable during our stay here. Very quiet/friendly neighborhood which was a plus!

¡Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí!

Fantastic experience: The host is very fast to respond, and the house was lovely. The trip was great and we're glad we chose this host and the home.

Negative experience: Careful if you trying to make business with Juan E. Garcia will ask for money then not answer your calls or txted. Over 6months ghosted me, still owes me 1,500$ and my time wasted on potential projects that would end up in nothing, would push for a better project as per him never sticking to one.

Positive experience: I stayed here at the Norma St property for about a week. My wife and I had to do some cleaning because house wasn't clean. Toilets were sprayed with fabuloso but not wiped clean. Trash and hairs all over the bathrooms. Missing shower doors in guests bathroom, blender didn't work i had to purchase one to use. Outdoor area wasn't Maintained well so we didn't really use the outside areas because of this. When someone goes on vacation they shouldn't be cleaning previous guests mess or do the job of the property manager to make sure house is ready and up to par. 1600 a week for this type of experience is not worth it. I don't mind paying the $$$ for nice clean and well maintained properties but this one isn't it. I would not recommend or risk staying here again.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't recommend Tidy Housing enough! They were wonderful from check-in to check-out and checked in with us during our stay as well and were available for any needs or questions we had. The house was so clean and stocked well for us, and the pool/hot tub was clean and very well kept. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and beautiful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be boooking with them again.

Fantastic experience: We were home away from home, the stay was amazing & omg the pool just perfect! Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Amazing home! Very spacious. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond! We are so grateful for this opportunity to make memories with our family.

Fantastic experience: Amazing time at this Airbnb the pool was so much fun!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend staying at Milugarfavorito. We came down to celebrate my granddaughter 1st birthday. The host respond quickly every time I had a question. Home is beautiful. Pool is very relaxing and the basketball court was great, the backyard in general was just beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again when I come back to visit my son and granddaughter and daughter in law.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! Arrived and there were no toiletries provided, the door code did not work on multiple occasions, pool was very dirty, and there were continuous issues with wifi and the power causing the alarm to go off leaving us in a panic. After asking for such items and to get the pool cleaned, no one ever showed up, hosts were very rude and inconsiderate. We did not stay one night there. Would not recommend or wish our experience on anyone, wouldn’t even rate them one star!!

Fantastic experience: Good service and if theres a problem they will fix it one way or another i really recommend them will get there service again thanks guys

Fantastic experience: AMAZING

Fantastic experience: I live out of town and needed a place to stay when visiting the in-laws. Tidy Housing really came through for me and provided such a great experience during my stay. Whenever I needed something, they were very responsive. I will definitely use them again for my next stay. No more hotels for me.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! Everything we could ask for and more! Will definitely be back again.
