Fantastic experience: We first met Steve about a year ago when we began thinking about down sizing. Steve showed us several condos to consider, but none were quite right. Steve stayed in touch all year letting us know what was available. He was never pushy; always polite and informative. When we were ready to sell - we called Steve. Steve very quickly measured the house; took photos; and got the listing ready. We had a small area in our driveway that needed repair. Steve suggested adding decorative pavers instead of going back to concrete. He said that he could do this for us. Steve bought all of the materials and spent an entire day and evening working on the driveway. It turned out beautifully!! Fantastic experience: Steve Yoho is rare gem of a realtor. Actually, he's way more than as he's got a builder's perspective and really inspects and looks for the important things like quailty construction, poor design or signs of past issues. He's like a house nerd! I strongly recommend Steve if you want help finding a solid home and not a money pit. There's more to the story. When we found out we were being transferred to the Swansboro area, we wanted to rent the first year. We found what was the only house for rent but the property mgmt company wouldn't take our calls or answer emails. Desperate, we randomly called SCRG and Steve answered. He was so gracious and got hold of them and helped us get the house even though there was nothing in it for him. He even video called us and did the walk through and drove the neighborhood. I witnessed her patience and professionalism as each transaction had it's own unique challenges. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area which is vital where some streets flood and you can not drive out of the neighborhood for several hours following a heavy downpour OR water pools in your fenced in back yard. Not ideal if you have dogs or children who play in the yard. You would not know this if you drove down on a normal day. When it was time for us to chose a realtor, Gigi earned our business with her knowledge. She sold ME on asking a slightly higher price for our home than I thought.
