As a local business owner, I see more and more real estate signs "from away" trying to get in on the action here in Bethel. I can't fathom why anyone would choose a selling agent that is not located in the area of their property - especially when the attentiveness you will get from this firm is beyond anything you will experience from a larger, more commercial agency with no connection to our community. Maybe you think you will get more leads? My guess is it's a lot more wasted time and working with a team that won't be dedicated to you. Bottomline: If you want to sell your property, choose Cassie.

Fantastic experience: As out of state buyers, we truly lucked out selecting Cassie Mason as the agency to represent us. Amber Newell, our agent, was prompt in all communication throughout the process (even on weekends!) and her local connections and knowledge of the Sunday River Area were huge assets in us securing the property we were interested in. She employed her local relationships to arrange for a prompt viewing of the property despite it being rented out during a prime vacation week. Then, after our offer was accepted, she doggedly tracked down information about a property feature through trips to the town hall to examine old deeds and by reaching out to friends she knew who were involved with the building and development over the last decade or so. In addition to her professionalism and work ethic, Amber is simply a warm, kind person; a true pleasure to partner with. We were impressed with the entire process with Cassie Mason.
