Fantastic experience: I cannot even put into words how grateful my husband and I are for being able to work with both Livia, and Laura. We had a very quick timeframe to find, and purchase, our new home in FL due to my husband’s job transfer. Fortunately, our friends recommended Livia and her team, and they took on the challenge willingly, with grace, and ease. We knew we were in the right hands, as their warm, and friendly welcome instilled immediate trust , and we could feel the genuine kindness from each of them. They both truly cared for our family, and wanted to make sure we found the perfect home, even in the time crunch predicament we were in. We worked more hands on with Laura, as she showed us many homes in person, and went through lengths to make sure she’d make the time to meet with us, and when it worked best for us. She was incredibly patient, especially with our little ones. Livia worked tirelessly from afar, and although had previous planned trips prior to working with us , she still made sure to put us first. That was top tier, and we are forever thankful. After all the meet ups with Laura, she began to feel more like family, and I knew we could really rely on her. She was easy going and casual, yet professional and knowledgeable at the same time. Laura went above and beyond to view a home for us , that we actually couldn’t make it to see in person. By her sending videos, photos, and FaceTiming us, we chose the one home that we didn’t even see to purchase, all by our trust in Laura. We are so incredibly happy with our home, and we owe it all to Livia, and Laura.I would hands down always use them for any other future real estate needs.
