Fantastic experience: I give this place a 5. I would recommend Tracy to anyone. I had no issues with her. If I had an issue she would make sure it was taken care of. She is not one of those landlord who beats around the bush for sure...

Negative experience: Tracee must have an evil twin! Maples has been a nightmare. The portal is glitchie, payments are not posted (or even taken to the bank) in a timely manner and emails to Maples Realty bounce back as "expired". If you want a management company to take your money and render a bare minimum of services, then Maples is the one to hire.

Positive experience: Tracee is very nice, and I highly respect her honesty in what the condition of the unit was like before we rented it, and she is great about getting things fixed that need fixing. However, My only complaint is that while there is a strict rule in the contract about no loud noises such as music or yelling or things like that, which I was glad to see, upon moving into the unit we had the neighbors playing LOUD music with a STRONG BASE between 11:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. in the morning to the point that police had to be called and other neighbors were knocking on their door and it was going strong for several nights, which was crazy, that it took longer for Tracee to contract the neighbors than it should have and when the neighbors retaliated Tracee really didn't handle that at all, which was a problem. Things finally settled down, but it took a while, and we were really concerned that we were locked into a year lease with this kind of neighbor next door. It was awful.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place to do business with. If you need maintenance work it's taken care of. Our air-conditioning went out, and service man was there in no time. They replaced the air-conditioning. By the way thanks for giving us a chance 4 years ago. It's been a good 4 years for us. We will miss doing business with you. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Tracee is so nice and very friendly.

Negative experience: Shady scammers, be very careful about doing business with them. Do not fill any applications with them or pay any money, they scam honest people. I went to see a house and disclosed that I have a small dog. The realtor sent me the application and told me to fill it out. After I paid the $30 fee she immediately denied me and said that I only qualified for $500 rent, even though I made over 60K last year and that I'm denied because I have a dog. I told her to issue a refund and she said she will be nice and issue a refund even though she didn't have to. I didn't get refunded. Honest business would issue a refund if you say you'll issue one. The fact that you didn't show that you are scamming people. My bank will dispute this transaction.Please don't trust this company they are scammers and make money of applications .

Fantastic experience: Tracie is the absolute best!! She is very thorough and knowledgeable and her “I’ll do it right now” attitude when it come to maintenance requests makes her the best and helps her outshine all the rest! I’d recommend her to my own mother!
