Fantastic experience: Ken is very professional, funny, and comfortable to interact with. He has a ton of real estate knowledge, ins & out information about the area that we were considering, and understands our needs and requirement. This guy showed us countless properties for two whole weekends without any complaints nor impatience while we were going through each and every single pros and cons. Very well connected in terms of builders and contractors, closers and loan officers. He made us sure that we are getting our monies worth for the final property we sanded up with. A very classy guy that made sure when he turned over the home to us, it was clean, descent and some cool trinkets that you have to pick him to know this guys smooth moves. He went above and beyond his duty being our realtor even after the home was turned over. As we closed with the house, we had to fly abroad for a vacation and he offered to look over the newly turned over house as there was a cold wintery storm forecasted while we were gone. He made sure the pipes won’t freeze and made sure the house is safe while we are gone. I would trust my business with this guy as he will have the clients interest as his priority. Considers this human a close friend here in BG. Kudos Ken for a marvelous job handling our account!
