Fantastic experience: My wife and I met Joshua the same day we found the house we just closed on. We messaged him through a real estate site, and within an hour we were in contact and had an appointment made to walk through the house. From that moment until today when we closed on the house the entire process was smooth sailing. Joshua is a fantastic agent as well as a genuine, stand up guy. We went into our first home buying experience assuming all the agents and brokers would be stiff and disingenuous, but that was not the case. Not only was Joshua an amazing buyers agent all around and available basically all hours of the day (and several times on weekends), but he also put us in contact with a fantastic, down to earth and friendly mortgage broker as well. For something as potentially stressful as buying my first home, this was genuinely a treat from start to finish. Working with Joshua allowed my wife and I to focus on the exciting aspects of buying a new house instead of constantly stressing about everything else surrounding the process. I thoroughly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a house in southwest Missouri to do so through Joshua.

Negative experience: Adkins working with adventures out doors LLC. I recently closed on a home remolded by adventures outdoors. Plumbing is terrible can only use one toilet in the house, electric is bad several dead outlets especially the one for the washer, which wouldn't matter because the plumbing is so bad it would overflow into the house any way. If you see an Adkins sign run away cheap flips no knowledge of construction. Paid $100,400 and am going to sink another $20k out of pocket. Btw no issues were disclosed by the sellers. Do not buy from either. This was a veterans home loan they didn't shake my hand barely spoke to me at all so I know Nick knew he sold a junker to a veteran to put cash in his pocket without remorse. If that's not the intention than come make it right.

Fantastic experience: I had Nick as my realtor. He responded immediately when I showed interest about a house on Zillow. He wasted no time getting me in to see it and other houses I was interested in. The housing market was hot and the ones I was really interested in would fly right out from under me but Nick persisted and messaged about one that wasn't listed yet, He got me in to see it as soon as I could but found it had been shown to several others but I had him put in an offer that evening ,But I needed a pre-approval to go with my offer and since the ones I had talked to previously about a loan were out of town he put me in touch with someone else and got it done that night Found out the next day they accepted my offer!
