I needed to sell a family member's home there. I found Joe through reviews. All 5 Stars! The house was small with a low dollar value. Still, Joe took all the time in the world to make me feel like my property sale was his most important sale. After years in the business, he offered great advice, has great connections, and was so helpful. His assistance helped me not need to fly back and forth to IA. He took care of everything in a most professional (and friendly) manner. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Rachel Raak is an OUTSTANDING realtor! She was recommended to us by another agent in a different state. We enjoyed working with Rachel through the entire process- from our initial conversation to closing. Knowing we had a baby and were from out of town, she was efficient in getting us in for showings. She was flexible in her schedule when we asked to see different houses. As we gained a better idea as to what we were looking for in a house, she politely suggested looking at homes that were suited to our budget and priorities. My husband and I don’t consider ourselves quick decision makers and we had a specific budget we needed to stay within. We never felt pushed, rushed, or coerced. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. She was practical in advising us what to offer. She was always friendly, positive, transparent and quick in her communication with us. Fantastic experience: A year ago, my wife and I decided to sell our home and initially chose a top realtor in Sioux City with years of experience. Despite their seasoned expertise, our listing expired twice without any real interest or feedback. We then tried another realtor in Sioux City, but they repeatedly failed to meet for appointments. Enter Daniel Nguyen. He reached out to us through multiple cold calls, which we initially brushed off. On one attempt, we vented our frustrations with the previous realtors. Daniel listened attentively and then shared his thoughts and strategy for selling our house. His reasoning was compelling, and we decided to give him a chance to list our property. During one of our first meetings, we asked if he could meet a day earlier than planned. Daniel accommodated our request but mentioned he might be a bit late. When he arrived, he apologized and explained that he had planned to show another home but encountered a terrible odor. Before the showing, he rented and cleaned the carpets himself and was in the middle of it when we called. It’s not often you see someone putting in that extra effort, and it was truly impressive. Another significant issue we faced was maintaining our yard and mature landscaping. We reside out of state and couldn’t be there to maintain the lawn. Daniel, being well-connected, assured us not to worry and took it upon himself to care for the lawn. Throughout the process, he was in close contact with us, providing feedback, checking in on the property, and offering the extra security like a family member would. For all these reasons and more, we highly recommend Daniel Nguyen to all our friends, family, and neighbors as our preferred realtor. He is straightforward, dedicated, and a persistent hard worker who managed to get us an offer within one week of listing our home.

Negative experience: If I could leave a negative review I would. The level of unprofessionalism we experienced is unreal. For first time home buyers this was the WORST experience ever. Our realtor was not an advocate for us, and simply wanted to close the deal with no regard for us as buyers. Both listing and buying agents displayed inappropriate behavior, and the sellers found out information about us that should not have been known. This resulted in inappropriate and vile behavior, and trespassing by previous owners on our home after closing. The lack of communication, support, and advocacy from our own realtor was the cherry on top. At the end of this ordeal we have had to spend thousands of dollars on cleaning that our realtor promised he would cover for us. A letter of apology means NOTHING! Action means everything. I will NEVER buy a house from ANY of these people here. I will NEVER use this realty company ever again, and I tell EVERYONE I meet to never work with these people.

Fantastic experience: This is the second house we have purchased and the first we have sold with Sheryl. She is the absolute best and will always be our recommendation. She had great advice anytime we have various questions but she is never pushy. She has so much experience with various scenarios that we never felt alone in the process. She responds extremely quickly and is great at communication. We truly have no negatives when it comes to Sheryl. Fantastic experience: Chuck and Marian did a great job of helping us find our dream home. My husband and I were not on the same page when it came to the wants for our new house. The Burnetts were always willing to show us homes that we thought we would like to look at even if it interfered with their plans. They asked us to look at a home that was not in a location that we were originally looking for, but seemed to meet all of the wants and needs for a home for us. After looking at the home, we fell in love with it and we changed all of our original plans. The Burnetts made our home buying transaction go so easy. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new home. They truly cared about us and listened. We became discouraged several times when we couldn’t find what we wanted and Chuck kept telling us to be patient. He was right. We have worked with plenty of realtors in past and spoke with very professional ones, and this is by far not a good experience. First time in Sioux City market. Guess well stick with professionalism in South Dakota.

Negative experience: They manage an apartment complex behind my house and the residents or their guests have broken almost every window in the place, beer bottles, cans and trash is everywhere, graffiti has been done at least twice since they took over management. Last weekend someone dumped oil that was in a 50 gallon drum into the alley and it washed into my driveway. I have called and sent emails with no response from them. Very sad to see this house treated like this.

Negative experience: Do not use Nick tramp as your realtor there's a property on pigeon avenue in Hubbard Nebraska .there is stuff wrong on the listing like where it says propane tanks are owned and they're leased .oversized garage no garage walkout basement there's not a walkout basement you got to walk up stairs through a door and another door to get outside. He told a realtor we were working with there was a lawn mower that could go with the property for an additional price that was in the shed the shed did not go with a property there is a hostile son. That lives on the property down a little ways he come out of the house upset and would not let us get a good look at the mower but not start it or anything else then we found out he was causing issues with the surveyors and harassing them this son that lives on this property is going to be a problem for whoever moves in there he will be a big issue for you and can be putting your family at risk or your pets at risk we also did not know if we moved to Nebraska side they were terminate one of our sons college program.we also have a autistic child that we did not know there was not a specialist on the Nebraska side and did not have special programs in the schools out there for his needs we put out earnest money after I cancel the contract not only because of school issues but because of a hostile neighbor that could potentially put my family at risk and he would not give us back our earnest money... I have filed a complaint with better business bureau I will also be filing a complaint with the board of Realtors. .I did not know nothing about earnest money until I got a call when I was at work that I did not know anything about this earnest money until an hour before I had to go rush to get it. I feel for anybody who moves into this property with the hostile neighbor you're going to have... Because I'm sure Nick tramp. I will keep posting this on your website and everywhere else I can because I do not want to see somebody put their family at risk or themselves at risk.
