Fantastic experience: I was Trustee for my dad’s house in Huntsville. I had to sell it after his death and I chose Philip as my realtor. So glad I did! It has been a complicated process with several potential buyers dropping out and Philip has been wonderful through the whole mess. Fantastic experience: TLDR: Philip is fantastic and was there for us every step of the way. We had what turned out to be a difficult home buying experience, not for any fault of Philip's. In fact, he was there to help up navigate the complexities of the situation, for which we were very grateful as first time home buyers. We met Philip in October, and he showed us some houses, and we decided to buy a house that was almost built, estimated to be done in January. As we went through the process, and got closer to the date, it was clear that the builder wasn't going to be ready. Delay after delay, the house wasn't ready until June! Throughout this time, Philip worked with our Loan Broker, worked with our builder, stood up for us when the builder tried to take advantage of us. He was there for us during the blue tape walkthrough, and the final walkthrough, gave us his opinions and eased our fears (of which we had many due to everything that happened). I would highly recommend Philip to anyone. He is extremely professional, knows his stuff, knows the area, and will be there for you when you need it. Thank you Philip for being there for us.
