Fantastic experience: Tom was our realtor to help find us a lake cabin in the Brainerd/Crosby area. We absolutely LOVED working with him. He was always available to discuss new listings that would pop up and share helpful knowledge of the surrounding areas. In addition, we really appreciated his general building knowledge as that is what we love in a realtor - someone that can talk about structure and quality of the build rather than aesthetics. Fantastic experience: We fell in love with the Cuyuna Lakes Area in early 2026 and quickly decided to put down roots. Thankfully our searches led us to finding the perfect realtor in Thomas Kirzeder. Fantastic experience: Looking for a realtor? Tom Kirzeder is a consummate professional. My dad passed away, and we needed to move my mom to a different state so I could care for her. Tom facilitated property repairs, and helped us to get things prepped and staged . The property was a manufactured home on a basement foundation. Tom found that the original owner hadn’t transferred title for the home to my parents when they bought it, and a legal proceeding had to be completed to resolve this. He initiated the legal process, made sure documentation was provided, and let prospective buyers know the title issue was in process. Our listing went live mid-week, and an open house was set for the weekend. By Saturday, we had three prospective buyers- Tom told them to bring their best offer, and helped us negotiate. We were able to close before the title issue was resolved, but he continued to follow up on the issue until it was resolved. Fantastic experience: After a horrible experience with a previous realtor, Anthony was able to get us our first house on the first try. Anthony will keep it real and within expectations, couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Knew the ins and outs of the market and how things should work out. Fantastic experience: Vern was great. This was a long process, as we were pretty picky about the property we bought. Vern just kept the options coming over a couple of years until one fit. After having an offer accepted, he made the process easy, followed up and responded quickly to any fixes we needed before closing, and continues to be a great resource for local contacts.
