She made my first-time home buying experience so much easier, walking me through every step & explaining every detail to me. She truly loves her job & goes above & beyond for her clients. Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about Don Lapointe. He helped us get to the finish line during the home selling process. He’s the type of realtor you’d want to work with when looking for a home or selling a home. No hard sells, just good advice. A1!
Thank you! Don is great and was pleased to help!
Fantastic experience: Working with Kate Frisk was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, she listened carefully to what we wanted and truly understood what would make a house feel like home for us. She was incredibly patient, always available to answer our questions, and went above and beyond every step of the way—from scheduling showings at times that worked for us to walking us through the entire buying process with ease and confidence. Kate’s dedication, professionalism, and personal touch made all the difference. She didn’t just help us find a house—she helped us find the perfect home. We felt supported and cared for the entire time, and her knowledge of the market was invaluable. I can’t recommend Kate highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and truly put your best interests first, Kate Frisk is the realtor you want by your side.
Fantastic experience: We love Kate. We have been working with Kate since February and she has been awesome. She has shown us homes from Berlin to Sugar Hill and everything in between. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know she will find out the answer, and she is always quick to get back to us. We have finally found a place that will work for us. When you are ready to buy or sell a home Kate is your person!

Fantastic experience: Kate went above and beyond our expectations. We have purchased several properties over the years and Kate was the best agent that we have ever had. Kate genuinely cares about her clients and it shows in everything that she does. Thank you Kate!! Ron and Victoria
Fantastic experience: Jeff Gagnon was the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring. He not only did his job professionally but above and beyond. He dealt with numerous problems, handled everything, had the patience of a saint and was always friendly and happy. I really feel bad that he had to co-broke with another realtor. He deserved more than he is getting. I feel like I have a friend not a realtor. Kudos to Jeff!

Fantastic experience: Awesome agency to work with. Thank you
Hi Amy. On behalf of our whole Berlin Office, we thank you for the very nice review. Most appreciated.
Fantastic experience: Kate Frisk really made my family and I feel like a major priority. She navigated multiple showings, a deal that fell through , and ultimately a tough seller and absent minded agent at Re Max to close a deal that had many restrictions and set backs. Can't thank her enough for showing the urgency and concern for our deal. A major milestone for my family. The Goodrich family fully endorses Kate Frisk. Thank you!
Hi Adam. We've passed along your kind words to Kate who was so happy that she was able to work with you and your family. Thank you for the great review. From all of us at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty, we thank you.
