I soon realized how lucky I was by starting this venture with the best STR realtor on the Oregon coast. Taj is very knowledgable about the STR business and understanding to my investment needs. He sourced several incredible deals for me, each time providing a wholistic analysis including real estate comps, property past financials and future proforma. Decision making with Taj is always easy because he is super logical. In negotiating our deals, I feel there hasn't been anything he hasn't thought about and been strategic about. Communication is his strong suit. I feel all conversations with him have been upfront, timely and fair. He runs a smooth show with help from a great team. Angi is very resourceful on many fronts that are required for a deal's success whenever and wherever. April keeps all documents and follow-ups in neat orders. Fantastic experience: We have had the pleasure for working with Rachelle on the sale of two homes. Most recently we asked her to list our family home of 17 years. Having Rachelle represent us gave us peace of mind that we would receive appropriate and timely communication, be given expertise guidance regarding negotiations and be assured that no loose ends would be left untied. We believe Rachelle to be very knowledgeable and if she is not sure of something, she will research appropriately until she is confident she has the correct information. We have worked with a handful of other realtors over our lifetime and we have never experienced the high level service with any of them that Rachelle provides. Fantastic experience: Amazing team! Whatever is needed to make closing happen quickly and correctly, they do it! We had an awful time with our first lender, Taj had someone to come in and take over and closed quickly. When the hiccups occurred like the wood stove needed to be out before underwriting would approve, he got out there with his handyman (on very short notice) and got it done himself so we could keep moving forward. Dedicated, professional and tolerant of our million questions and concerns! Thank you Taj and team for going above and beyond!

Our house was tiny compared to many, and other realtors were very discouraging about the price we could expect and the time it would take to sell the house. Taj was much more optimistic, and was able to sell the house within a month, close within another month, for a price that recouped our investment and costs. Fantastic experience: One thing you do not want in an agent is someone who pushes their views and thoughts about a property on you, as if in a hurry to get rid of you. You want someone who listens and takes your concerns to heart. You want Ross Rehberg: professional, funny and fun. After losing out on 3 houses, he kept me sane and positive. My wish list: a recently updated house, garage, yard, laundry room, walking distance to the beach, and I wanted to see every house on my list. No argument from him. When I was stressing, he returned every call/text within minutes. On the second day, we found my house: 2nd row and 3 minutes from the beach. I didn't get my laundry room, but I wake up every morning looking at the ocean from my bed. Who cares about laundry? He lent me the office TV when mine hadn't arrived. His partner stored my green chiles from NM in his freezer. Talk about a full-service company! Don't waste your time and just go with the best! Have fun with Ross Rehberg and Home Oregon Coast.
