Fantastic experience: I had a good relationship with Monique on the sale of my home. Everything went as smoothly as can be expected during the transaction with all of the documentation properly completed in the file. I felt that it was overall a good experience and I would recommend her if you're looking for a Realtor to assist you in a sale of your home. She is a Zillow Realtor with access to the Showcase listing feature that includes the 3D floor plan and I believe these features are important because it gives your property a lot of exposure on Zillow. All realtors have access to Zillow of course but this Showcase listing feature is a must have and I'm sure there has to be a premium cost involved as most Realtors don't have it. I think that it's a good sales tool since everything today is driven by your online presence and all other marketing IMHO is ineffective In selling your home. She also made sure that the home was ready to turn over to the new buyer and all personal property had been removed as I had already moved away before closing and couldn’t be there for a final walk through.

Fantastic experience: Monique is an amazing realtor, always looking out for her clients best interests… I worked with her recently on a transaction where she pulled the plug on one lender mid-way through escrow in moving the loan to a different lender to save her client a TON of money. This could have easily jeopardized the closing of the loan and caused issues with the sellers but Monique did what was best for her buyer despite all of that, which speaks volumes about her as a person. I would HIGHLY recommend her as realtor, she works really hard for her clients.
