Fantastic experience: Riki Strom was absolutely wonderful. She was with us all the way, putting in 100%, keeping us informed, she even met with professional people on the lot so our due diligence was performed properly. When it came to the closing i was very sorry she did not get the full commission as the sellers realtor did nothing, had no real knowledge of what they were selling and even had to keep the seller informed as his realtor totally dropped the ball. I recommend them and Riki highly.

Fantastic experience: Briana Hayes is an absolute Rock Star. We recently needed to sell one of our houses where my mother was living due to her wanting to downsize her residence. During the pre-listing process, Briana was at the house with my mother helping her with getting the house ready to show by cleaning and scrubbing the entire house. Also, she assisted me by providing numerous recommended contractors to help with repair items that needed attention pre and post inspection. She was always a joy to work with when I had questions or concerns and was still a breathe of fresh air when I would call her well after normal working hours with questions. This has been hands down my best realtor experience ever and we will definitely be using Briana Hayes for our next property sale/purchase venture.

Negative experience: DONT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH CELIA NIX OR CAT DEGAN!! Cat is a very rude individual, there is NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL! She tells people that there kids will be homeless and on the street. She doesn’t try and work with you and doesn’t know how to speak to people. && Celia NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. She always has an excuse as to why she doesn’t answer and she’s supposedly never in office I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Negative experience: I would recommend this company because of their properties. However I would not recommend Celia as a your property manager at all! She doesn’t know what she’s doing at all! She has no communication skills, she doesn’t keep up with her tenants at all. && I would highly not recommend Cat she’s so rude and nasty for no reason at all! She doesn’t try to be understanding and she doesn’t know how to speak to people. The professionalism isn’t there at all! Find somewhere else to go

Danny also quickly found us the perfect buyers for our hone to make the process pretty seamless. He was available anytime for our many questions throughout the buying and selling process. Fantastic experience: DANNY MINOLFO was recommended to us by our previous agent who moved away. We met with him in January to discuss that we wanted to list our home and downsize to another, however we wanted to find a house we loved first, see if they accepted and THEN we would list ours. Impossible right in today’s market? NOPE! Danny understood that this wouldn’t be an easy task - and he respected our wishes that we wanted to do it this way. Most agents probably wouldn’t of even bothered with us wanting to do this in today’s market. We started in January with looking at homes, we probably saw at least 20... I am VERY picky, out of the 20 or so we saw.. we only liked 2. The first home was a foreclosure, the second was a flip. With today’s housing market being crazy and us putting in an offer with a contingency for a house that wasn’t even listed... we really didn’t have hope... BUT... Danny gave us tips on what to offer on these homes and gave us a better chance. .. And to our surprise the foreclosure accepted our offer, and we listed our house. Danny, made EVERYTHING easy. He told us step by step, what was going to happen, the entire process, would stop what he’s doing to answer my nonsense calls for being worried over little things. Due diligence for both houses was easy. The repair addendum for our house we sold was easy. Danny made sure we were able to make simple easy repairs on our own instead of paying a professional hundreds of dollars for silly fixes. We were the first foreclosure property Danny had dealt with that we were buying and we had many frustrations dealing with the bank, but Danny actually worked for them to fix things which is almost unheard of in a foreclosure home! Another win in our books! We counted small victories! Smooth closings for both houses! Danny is very knowledgeable in real estate, he’s kind, charismatic, his mustache is a BIG hit with my daughter. I honestly would recommend Danny to ANYONE who is looking to buy or sell. He has gone ABOVE & BEYOND as a realtor and has provided top notch service.

Negative experience: Agent first tried to talk me put of putting a contract on the property I had my heart set on If any property I looked at didn't have a house , he discouraged me from buying it. .Allowing his personal tastes to overshadow my needs for a horse property. Then he had excuses why he didn't contact sellers agents to say there was an offer coming. Then he claims he sent the signed offer to the wrong place. Three strikes. I gave it one Star because the Broker, Kat at least tried to straighten out the mess Danny made.

We have been working with him for a few months and will be closing on our house Friday! We are first time buyers and he was (and is) absolutely amazing! Negative experience: Buyer signed Contract, went three weeks then backed out. Danny Minolfo realtor, never took an escrow deposit, Broker in Charge Never reviewed this new agents work, Now refused to release earnest money, allowed by law! Cost the property owner thousands to quickly move.

Honest, clear communication, and a great attitude. Again, they did not *meet* expectations, they *exceeded* them. If we ever need to sell our home, we know who we are listing with.

Negative experience: Cat Deegan was my realtor. She was just my transaction broker but she never would get back with my bank to go over contracts. She would never get back with the sellers realtor to go over contracts. I closed yesterday and she did not show up for closing. I was very disappointed in how she handled the situation. If I could have got out of our contract I would. I do not feel like she deserves the fee I had to pay her. I know she was just a transaction broker but that means she should have went over my sales contract and responded to emails about the sale. I have not heard from her since August 22. I feel like it was very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I was very fortunate to find The Concierge Team, and specifically John Lamprecht - he is seriously the man! I chose him based on his great online presence and reputation, and his prompt response and stellar customer service made it a complete no brainer to choose him as my agent. One super strong point of John's is his digital integration during the buying process. When I sat down with him for the first time during the process, he had paper copies of all the needed forms, but asked me if I would be interested in going digital. I of course said yes, and thereafter I didn't have to handle a single paper form, since all documents were sent to me digitally via the app he will have you install on your phone. He always took the time to go over every form he sent me during a series of brief phone conferences. For a man with a busy lifestyle like myself, not having to attend a series of in person meetings was a huge plus. When I was ready to put an offer in on the house my fiance and I had selected, I messaged him via the app on a Saturday, and he had the offer put together for me to sign in a very short amount of time. The offer was officially accepted on Sunday evening, and the purchase process was fully underway on Monday. We closed promptly within the standard 30 day time line without a hitch, and the whole process was very smooth. Whenever he needed something signed, he would simply send it via the app, and I could quickly review and e-sign it so that the process was not delayed at all. While he certainly can deal with standard paper forms for you if you don't deal with technology much, his digital integration is seamless, and by far the most painless I've experienced. As long as you have a smart phone, you won't have to deal with a single piece of paper till the closing table. If his professionalism as a realtor isn't enough for you, you'll certainly be won over by his comical wit and pleasant and relaxing demeanor. John was also able to provide some insight into the local scene, and some quality contact recommendations for reputable service providers after closing.
