Negative experience: I feel like I will always have what ifs and regrets for using homie when we sold our house in Phoenix end of December . Long gone are the days of this company being worth it with reduced listing percentages. In this market you need an experienced agent homie provides incredibly incompetent agents. I spent many hours doing his job for him going back and forth from the home inspection to the agent telling him what to say and even providing line numbers from the inspection because he couldn’t figure it out himself. When the deal almost fell through on the last day before closing my wife and I had to personally contact the buyers agent and buyers to close the deal ourselves. Please, don’t live with what ifs like we do . Find an experienced agent elsewhere it is worth the extra percentage .

The fixed expense contract was easy to understand, I knew exactly what I was going to pay upon sale and the cancelation fee was more than reasonable. My agent Carole, was always responsive, provided answers to all my questions and provided good advise on offers. I was very pleased with Carole and would highly recommend her as a Seller Agent at Homie. My sale was also closed with Homie Title at a discount price with a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: The best way to sell your home if you are not a newbie & understand how to stage a home to sell. We didn't need a full service agent & we new that because our home was completely remodeled & staged to look Instagram worthy in the photos, the house would sell itself so paying 6% commission to a typical agent didn't make sense. Carol at Homie was absolutely amazing & went way above what we were expecting. Carol worked weekends and evenings to answer our questions and deal with our buyers who were not the most fun to deal with. Thank you Homie for saving us $15,000 on selling our home!

Seller agent Daryl was brilliant in his listening skills and wisdom, showing agent Elizabeth was ready and so on top of the needs of what we needed in a house, Elizabeth was patient and excited for us at each stage. Buyer agent Michael was great with his communication and dedication, always on top of what was needed at the moment. Michael is one of the best realtors a buyer could possibly ask for.

Fantastic experience: Awesome process from start to finish, knew exactly what was going on and how the sale of our house would impact us financially at all times. Would 10/10 recommend and would do it again! Jennifer was great, never hesitated to call or text me back and was always delightful to deal with even though I am unbearable at times! We had 25 showings and 12 offers in 4 days, and ended up selling our home in 4 weeks with Homie! We saved over $15000 in fees compared to the alternative and are now set up well to start our military life with the US Navy. Thank you Homie and Jennifer!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish this was a great experience! The realtor Jessee Hagans always quick, on time and happy to show me houses, Brian Sniadanko effective with the home negotiation and guiding me with the process, and Seth Christensen in financing clearly explained the numbers and what exactly they were contributing towards my closing. They all had great communication with any questions I had and to make sure everyone was on the same page with any changes or decisions. Homie has made it a one stop shop with the partners they work with for inspections, appraisals etc which was less work and easy for me.

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience with Homie as first time home buyers. Our agent, Jessee, was so patient and knowledgable! He was always available and worked around our very busy schedule to get us in to tour as quickly as possible since many houses were receiving offers the same day they were listed! Once we moved to the buying process, Brian S. was amazing! Multiple offers were put in on the house we wanted and Brian gave us advice and ideas to make our offer stand out! We got the house without going out of our budget thanks to his expertise! We also used homie loans and loved working with Austin! We were definitely not the easiest to work with and went back and forth on which lender to use. Austin was always available to explain things (we had tons of questions!) in a way that was easy to understand and so great to work with! We chose to go with Homie based on the customer service! We made a mistake at one point in the process and Austin and Brian were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us get it fixed, even though the error was on our end! I could not recommend homie more! You get all the knowledge and expertise (probably more than average) of a realtor without the fees! I will never buy or sell a house without Homie!

Fantastic experience: We moved to Arizona during COVID-19. It was a crazy time to buy our first home but Homie made it a great experience. Our agent always responded quickly when we had any questions. Our agent and his team always moved quickly when we inquired about any homes and especially when a new listing was available. The virtual walk-throughs were always to our satisfaction. There was no pressure to buy and we always felt like Homie was focused on making our experience great. Homie explained to us that they provide a buyers refund of $2,500 if you get a quote from Homie Loans and $5,000 if you actually use Homie Loans to buy a house. We got a quote and it beat our other quote from Rocket Mortgage (Quicken Loans) so we went with Homie Loans. We were a bit nervous about the refund because it was not showing up on any of the loan documents while we went through the closing process. Homie Loans reassured us that it would appear only at the closing table with the title company. We were happy to see $5,000 added to our closing costs when we signed those closing documents. We were probably just a little too over cautious on that refund. We truly had a great experience using Homie and that $5,000 was so nice! We are always going to use Homie!

Fantastic experience: Initially I was nervous about using a non traditional realtor to sell our house but after seeing how much we were going to save off of realtor fees it seemed worth the risk. The online portal I used to fill out all of the information and get it all set up was easy to navigate and made the process pretty easy. The realtor that was helping us even went above and beyond by coming over to help us install a new door lock when another realtor pulled it too hard when trying to get the lockbox open. I would recommend Homie to everyone and would definitely use them again. Can’t beat the service and especially how much I saved versus a typical realtor experience.

Fantastic experience: My family lived in Arizona for a year prior to deciding on where we wanted to live. When it finally came time to make that decision, I researched the options that would give us the best value but not lack on the services where we were sure to need assistance. Homie was our choice! Glad we went down this path. Even during the craziness of COVID-19, we were able to buy a house in the AZ market that we found to be a good fit. We worked with a team that was casual in all the good ways (no pressure) but professional in all of the others (answered every question that was asked and gave experienced advise). We sold our previous home with Homie as well and had an equally-good experience.

We were able to get in to see listings the same day they were posted and I got the best rate on my loan from the banks I compared too, plus the money back on closing costs were a plus!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience selling with Homie. There was a hitch with the photographer and they made it right. Saved a ton versus a traditional realtor, and still sold our house in a matter of days. Never want to move again, but if we do, we'll use Homie again.

Positive experience: Saved a ton of money. However, I would have liked a little more interface with the agent handling our sale. He never had any helpful advice or recommendations to strategy questions. He never visited our house either.

Fantastic experience: I just refinanced with Homie Loans. I got a few quotes and Homie was way lower than my other options. Homie was $2,000 lower in closing costs compared to Quicken Loans and the rate was 0.4% lower! That saves me thousands of dollars.

Fantastic experience: This was the third home I have sold, and by far, the easiest! Working with Homie was a no-brainer, the process was simple and straight-forward, the Agent was awesome, the professional pics were great, and we saved over $14,000! Like I said, it was a No-Brainer! I would work with them again for any real estate needs. The days of the "traditional" Real Estate Listing Agents are - like the dinosaurs - Extinct!

Fantastic experience: My parents sold their house on the same-day they listed it via Homie and recommended them to me for my first purchase, since the Homie family of companies could handle every step of the process (and I knew very little about the process and didn’t want the hassle of figuring out every intermediate step in an accelerating market). I had been looking into the building Homie eventually helped me purchase a unit in for a couple of years, and when a unit with a floor-plan and kitchen I liked showed up on the market, I downloaded the app and requested a showing. The only issue I experienced was at the beginning — I used the hidden email feature of iOS when creating my account through the app. I’m a developer myself, so I do not hold issues like this against anyone except maybe Apple; the issue may have since been resolved, but the problem was that some of the domains used by the Homie family of companies could not send emails to this special iCloud email address, and we had to change my email once we discovered the problem. Everything after this initial hitch went . . . without any more hitches. :) My buyer’s agent, Brian Sniadanko, and showing agent, Tyler Faoro (BMX racing professional!), were very friendly and got the process going very quickly after I was pleased with the initial tour of the property. Everything these agents helped me with went very well: initial offer, counter-offer, inspection, follow-up inspection with specialist, BINSR, final walk-through, closing via mobile notary, and key exchange. I also used Homie Loans and my friendly loan officer, Matthew Catmull, made the loan process incredibly easy, too! Initial pre-approval went quickly and the actual approval itself was no more complicated — basically, the process from my end only consisted of uploading requested documents (and explaining a monthly iCloud storage payment, because Apple’s gotta try to make everything complicated) and e-signing documents. Simple! To summarize (if I don’t cut this review short, I’d end up with a novella), I used as many Homie companies as I could — including Homie Title and Homie Insurance, too! Everything was straightforward. Everyone was very friendly and easy-going. Today, I got the keys to the property I’ve wanted for a while. Thanks again to Tyler, Brian, Matt, Reinaldo, and the rest of the Homie team!

Fantastic experience: In 2020, we sold one home, purchased another while taking advantage of Homie Loans as well. We can only speak for our own situation, but our experiences were smooth sailing and we enjoyed the saving benefits that Homie offers. Wayne was fantastic on the sell side, and Kirk and Michael were exceptional and patient with us on the buy side for our new home. If we were to sell or buy again today, we'd definitely start by reaching out to Homie before looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Jessee with homie went above and beyond any realtor I have ever used. My family and friends were amazed and how helpful he was. He always answered my calls and if he was with another client he called me right back. I felt like he always had my best interest in mind and was extremely knowledgeable about everything from bugs to structures. He took the time to explain about things about each property from termites and scorpions, to how something could erode or pool surfaces. He always had a connection if I needed something done and really made this process go smoothly. We looked at tons of houses and we were getting stressed because we weren’t able to find what we wanted and I asked him to look at a few that he thinks we would like. Jessee found us our home the next morning and it’s perfect. This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had and I hope Homie takes care of that guy because they can’t afford to lose him. I decided not to go with a friend to buy a house and get someone I didn’t know but Jessee became a friend through this. My moving company bailed on me at the last minute and he went to his car and put on a change of clothes and helped me move into my house for 6 hours, he wouldn’t take no for an answer. Jessee you’re the man! Arizona will adopt Homie if mike and Jessee keep at it.

I have sold quite a few houses in my lifetime, and this was by far the most profitable ever! My son previously used Homie and told me about his great experience and referred me to Carole (who is a real estate rock star). We found the process and tools helped to guide us in setting up the listing and scheduling showings. Our realtor Carole was responsive and answered our many questions. She even came to our rescue one evening when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house after a showing! We listed the home at the same price a "traditional" realtor would have listed.
