Fantastic experience: We had an incredible experience working with Ryan and his team as we sold our home in Wyoming, MI and purchased our new home in Byron Center, MI. We moved to Tennessee so he and his team are unable to help us buy our third home, but we wish he and his team were licensed in Tennessee to help us buy our third home. Negative experience: Beware....This realtor currently has a listing in Jackson County Michigan. The property has a total of just over 20 acres. He has taken the liberty of listing this property at over 25 acres, which is a bold lie. He is also listing the house as a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. House is actually 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. The additional bedroom and bathroom that he listed in the home are actually in a pole barn in the back yard, and it's not even a bedroom, just a room in a barn. This guy obviously will say anything to sell a house. Do your due diligence and verify everything the guy tells you about a place, because it's probably extremely embellished. Do not trust him !!!

Once we had an accepted offer to buy the next home it was a whirlwind. The sellers required us to have an accepted offer on our house in 7 days and this team got the job done. Ryan even offered to watch our elderly, cancer ridden cat so that we could get the last showing in while we were at work.
