Fantastic experience: David was very helpful in selling a trust farm that was done almost entirely long distance and on line. The trustee lives in Kansas City and is elderly. I was helping her as a nephew, also from out of town. David was very responsive in acting on our phone calls and emails at any time of the day. Once the farm was listed for sale, we had an offer within a couple of weeks and was able to complete the sale shortly afterward. David made what we thought would be a burden to the family trying to sell the farm to a quick and easy experience for the entire family.
