Fantastic experience: I'm an attorney who engaged Ms. Malek to sell a parcel for a client of mine. It was anything but a straightforward sale. Ownership of the parcel was held by an LLC, half of which was owned by a decedent's estate. Additionally, the parcel needed substantial cleanup, which complicated its valuation. Ms. Malek was able to maximize my client's return by accurately pegging its market value and by offering it in a manner that brought out the best bids. She kept its state of ownership from becoming an issue. At closing, when hangups developed over some of the documents, Ms. Malek was able to resolve them without the deal falling apart. She ultimately got my client an excellent result, despite all the obstacles. I doubt we would have gotten that result if we had gone with some other realtor who lacked Ms. Malek's knowledge and experience.
