Fantastic experience: I’ve know Kevin Snyder both professionally and personally for many years. Kevin has worked with myself and family members, in both buying and selling homes. Most recently, Kevin worked with us on a complex, non typical sale. It was not without some pretty major hiccups. His experience and knowledge kept the transaction moving forward to closing on both the old and new properties. His professionalism is unmatched and you won’t find a harder worker anywhere. Kevin also works equally as hard volunteering and giving back to the community. It’s a shame I can only give him “5 stars”!!

Negative experience: We’ve been trying to contact them for 3 days in a row no one seems to want to get back to us we were trying to jump on the chance to look at a home and by the time we finally got a hold of someone they said they had already submitted offers when the house was only on the market for 2 days. When we spoke to the realtor he made it sound like we could have a chance at looking at it and he never followed up with us even told him we were paying cash. Very disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: We recently used Kevin for the purchase of a lot for future construction. This is our first time building a home and Kevin ensured every step of the process was explained and went smoothly. Kevin showed up for lot testings and meetings with the builder to offer any knowledge he could to clarify what was happening and what else would need to be done. Being from out of state, Kevin provided a great list of recommendations for services, and each of them were great to work with as well. I really hope this is the last real estate transaction we need to go through, but if not I will contact Kevin again.
