Mary knows Janesville and Beloit very well and this knowledge was greatly appreciated as I was new to Wisconsin and needed someone that knows the area. Mary was very patient with me and also super helpful with pointing out potential issues in the homes we veiwed. Mary found me the perfect location in my price range and close to work. A little over a year later it turned out I needed to sell and move back to Tennessee. Mary was my first and only call. She listed my home and had an offer in less than a week for over asking price. Mary took care of everything locally for me including checking the mail and finding a buyer for my snowblower. I highly recommend Mary for buyers and sellers. Negative experience: Good morning. We have not had a good experience. We are the potential buyer of a house they are sailing and have experienced a lack of communication. We are aware that if a Realtor does not respond within the time period that the offer is void, but all we were asking for is communication. We made offer after offer and was left in the dark multiple times. At one point our agent sent messages asking for a response that were silenced. So, instead of simply declining an offer they would rather just silence the messages coming in. I only make this post because we have made multiple attempts to contact them through multiple forms of communication and have had no response. Thank you.
