Fantastic experience: Suburb service and professionalism We purchased a fixer-upper about a year ago. The plan was to rehab the house and rent it to our friends that were living in their RV. After much work and investment, our “friends” backed out. We knew we did not want to rent it out as we heard all the horror stories of renting to anyone we did not know. We also knew we needed to do more work before listing it. I contacted several local realtors and asked if they would be willing to come look at the house, let us know what additional work was needed for a quick sale. No one was willing, with the exception of JoAnne Guderian from West USA Realty.
