Fantastic experience: Nancy is the best. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and never felt very satisfied with the realtor I was working with. Nancy was on top of every detail - so important! During the negotiation phase of purchasing my new home, she skillfully advocated for me. When the deal started to go south, she carefully navigated the situation despite taking a lot of nastiness from a builder. This was one of the most difficult real estate transactions I have ever been involved in and I am convinced I wouldn't be in this beautiful new home without her. Fantastic experience: Nancy worked diligently helping us get our home and farm sold. Interest rates had just gone up when we listed the property so it was a challenge to sell. When we received an offer, she worked closely with the buyer’s agent to work out the terms of the sale. She went over and above by assuming some of the buyer’s agents work to get the sale finalized. Fantastic experience: I have used Megan Martin of Elm Street Realtors on 3 separate transactions, first was the sale of my first home, she listed my property in June of 2010 and help me get an offer quite quickly on it. Then she showed us approximately 60+ houses until we found that perfect one and it was a short sale. She had to hold my hand and talk me off the ledge several times as that process was crazy and unfamiliar. We finally closed in 2011. Then in 2021 we decided to build our dream/forever home and again reached out to Megan for her sincere and professional guidance to list and sell our current home. Not only did Megan get us an offer that we couldn’t refuse on the first day, but she made sure to handle everything that came after we accepted that offer. Her professionalism and pride in what she does is hands down the best in the business! I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her again with any of our house buying/selling needs.

Fantastic experience: Travis and his team had our backs since day 1. They came over to help me professionally decorate my house and then had a photographer come to take high quality pictures. It took a lot of stress off of me as the seller and I appreciated that it was included in their services. The listing that Travis wrote was eye catching and allowed our home to get an offer within days. Travis was always available by text or phone and kept us in the loop with everything. I couldn’t have had a better team to get the most for our house. Everything was taken care of professionally and with kindness. I recommend Travis and his team the most because of their ability to take stress of the seller. The process could not have felt more seamless, even with bumps in the road at no fault of us or the team but 1 pair of buyers who fell through. Fantastic experience: Laura Lee was extremely responsive and responsible during the house purchasing process while being friendly and helpful the entire way. We initially connected with Laura while we lived out of state, started to look for houses remotely with her help, then decided to hold off on our search for a year and a half. She was ready and immediately responsive to us when we were ready to search and buy on relatively short notice - even over a holiday period. She stayed ahead of every deadline during the contract period while also remaining easygoing. I never had to ask her to do anything twice or prompt her to do anything. We highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with the service and expertise that Travis and Evangeline provided when helping us find a house. They are the true “Dream Team” of Sycamore real estate. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process they were very honest as well. We took a look at a few homes around the area that were in our budget. We looked at a couple newer homes, a historic home and a brand new development.
