Fantastic experience: New to Arkansas, needed a home, kind of knew what I wanted, knew what I could/wanted to pay. Didn't want to handle the stress of every detail. I reached out, asked this great team for what I needed. Home, price, condition, desired amenities, deal breakers, and to be involved as little as possible (only call me if i forgot to send you something), sorry but honest. They searched consolidated list showed me the best, I picked, visited 3 and picked 1. This is my second home I know the stress involved, they let me know up front what info i needed to gather and supply. Did it all through text, email, and phone. Visited NWA for a week to see homes for myself and check out the growing area. Was able to return home and entire process could be digital. Within a month we were closing paperwork was sent to notary in my home state, I signed, it was notarized, and they handled it getting sent back. No drama, no nonsense, professional, and trustworthy. Will absolutely recommend and use in the future.
