Negative experience: These people tried to keep our 5000 dollar deposit for "not cleaning enough" so we had to go back reclean the house we already cleaned and made us fix the mold that was already around the sink. This place had mold rotting floors bugs everywhere some of the lights didn't work whenever we moved in which we had to fix the lady was downright rude. when we moved in the yard wasn't mowed not front or back and we called multiple times for someone to come out which they never did, but then when we left we had to have professionals do it three times because she complained about it three times. Don't move into their houses. They clearly don't take care of them and also expect their tenants to clean up after their mess. Edit: since I cannot reply to the reply you left on my comment I just wanna let you know I lived in that house the entire time. And all I speak is the truth so you saying I wasn't on the lease doesn't change a damn thing about what I said.

Negative experience: There property management lacks substance, I will never use them again. Be careful....

Fantastic experience: Thanks for the great service, and your extreme flexibility with our undefined schedule. Everyone in the office, and especially Rosalie, has been very helpful, and the property is so terrific that we find it hard to leave.

She’s very professional and thorough, cares about people and it shows, and is very communicative and responsive. We couldn’t do better than Marti. And another five stars for Premier Ocean Properties- A company is only as good as its service when you need something and Jason who manages their service and property maintenance can’t be beat. He’s one of those rare individuals who knows how to keep everything running perfectly!

Fantastic experience: Premier Property has managed a mini storage facility for us for 7 years now in Brookings. They have done such a great job for us. Marti is better than the Best. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. We feel very fortunate to have Premier taking care of us.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I stayed at Pacific Panorama for 4 nights. The condo was great. The view from the home was fantastic. I walked the path to the beach daily, and it was well maintained and clearly marked. Communication with premier ocean properties was excellent. Clear check in and check out information. The condo is close to other beaches and the beautiful Boardman corridor. I would recommend this rental.

Negative experience: We booked a airbnb that this company manages, Rosalie is who we were speaking with on the day we were supposed to arrive. On the way to the house my wife text and asked about check in time. Rosalie then told her that our reservation had been cancelled. We booked this house 5 months in advance. Rosalie was emailed that our reservation was cancelled she sent us a screen shot of the email (very professional) when I asked for the original to be forwarded she hung up on me. Unprofessional service for managing 40 properties. One star is to much!

Negative experience: We recently stayed in one of these homes & the home was beautiful but the experience was absolutely horrible. If you ever deal with a lady named Trish just cancel your reservation immediately & go elsewhere!! We have been treated horribly for a mess up on their end so I DO NOT recommend staying here!!!! I am still being harassed by these people for a mess up on their end not ours! They have bad communication skills & refuse to share the camera footage which would easily prove that their accusations are wrong. Horrible horrible experience… beautiful home but don’t waste your time because the experience is what makes it not the home.

Fantastic experience: I never have left a review in my life but I felt the need to working with Kasey has been a wonderful experience! She went above and beyond helping me with the rental process and has an amazing attitude! Words can’t say enough to describe how happy I was an easy she made the process go great job thank you again Kasey for all your help you are one amazing professional!

Fantastic experience: We did a vacation rental with Premier Ocean Properties. We rented the Peekaboo Hale house in Brookings Oregon. The check in was super easy, the emails and texts were great, and the house was perfect and very clean. Could not have asked for a better stay as we visited our wonderful daughter in this gorgeous part of the Oregon coast.

Negative experience: Ashberry by the Sea - House was great but the experience with property management was not. Rosalie is terrible with communication. Must be too busy to give good customer service. I had to leave several voicemails and texts setting up dates (too many to count), no information was given about when or what time we would get the details to get into the house (wasn’t sure if we should leave our home town the afternoon of check in - had to leave voicemail on office which was closed and emergency line since no response from R), my son left his brand new retainers in the house $200 - yes, I know our responsibility and no guarantee of getting them back but same day we left we asked if they could be shipped to us on our dime and were told yes - 3 messages later and 3 weeks later, still not a word. The whole experience has been uncomfortable, awkward and feels confrontational which I am not a person of and don’t like :( Hopefully we are a one off customer and this isn’t the norm…

Fantastic experience: We rented the Del Norte vacation rental for a special family gathering and couldn't be more thrilled. The property was immaculate with added special touches throughout. Everyone has plenty of space and was more than comfortable. Premier Ocean Properties was quick to jump on anything that we may have needed too. We would definitely rent this home and use Premier Ocean Properties again!

Negative experience: Whom ever answered their phone wasn't aware of the properties they have online to rent.

Positive experience: We stayed in the Captains Quarters for the 4th of July week that was also our 20th anniversary. What a perfect spot to watch the wonderful fireworks display at the harbor right outside our front door! The deck area out back was perfect for bbq and relaxing in the hot tub. Very nice open concept inside, and clean. Our only wish was that the shower were a little bigger but the price was affordable and our experience was just what we were looking for. No complaints that would stop us from booking again! Thank you so much!

He is a wonderful realtor and went above and beyond our expectations to see that we were established in our new place. Negative experience: Ron Reel PhD the self styled Real Estate Doctor says he has written books and teaches classes. Our experience with him is that he is a horrible broker. He was sellers agent and we, the buyers, our buyer's agent and her principal broker had to do his job for him. As a result we bought the property for much less and his clients lost a whole bunch of money. Two previous deals fell through on this property. There is nothing really wrong with it that a competent agent could not have solved. Dr. Ron is a poor excuse for a broker . DO NOT use him .

Positive experience: The salad was wonderful. Wish I had room for dessert. The lasagna had good flavor but wasn't quite warm enough. This improvement could add another star. Staff seemed to care.

Fantastic experience: I have been renting a storage unit for about two years. It's nice and big, they are easy to work with.

Negative experience: We made a vacation rental reservation in mid march. Now 6 weeks later the owners want to cancel. We paid a $1300 deposit. Our relatives and us secured our vacation time etc. for this vacation. We have been meeting on the Oregon Coast every year since 1994. I just received word they have cancelled us. Only reason they gave (if true) is that they have renovations starting first of year. We have never had this happen and it is very disappointing. They could not delay 6 days? They are doing construction on New Years?? Very inconsiderate and they obviously do not care !!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THEMSELVES.
