Setting appointments to see properties, knowledge of value of specific attributes of the properties, suggestions on offer amounts, counteroffer points, suggestions for inspectors to contractors to evaluate property issues, requests for remedies from the current owners, and contracting. Just every aspect was smooth, incredibly responsive to our requests, friendly and actually excited for us in the end with a great outcome. Her value cannot be overstated. You do not need to waste your time looking, hire Sophia. There may be someone as good, but I don't know how they could be better.

Negative experience: I just bought a property in which she represented the seller. Sophia was rude and unprofessional to my realtor. I will not purchase another property that is being sold through Remax lake of the Ozarks.
