Negative experience: Shannon is a rude hateful person we had some problems with them one of his helpers showed our property caused damage and he took out of our driveway extremely fast. Went to Shannon over it he gave us a bunch of lip and hung up on us. We looked up his helper and he made it right we appreciate that but Shannon on the other hand needs to learn how to treat people. We have had them show our property several times and every time we had trouble with them so we decided to take our house off the market. We are not impressed with this company at all.

Fantastic experience: Colby Williams went above and beyond for us. We move from out of state and he started looking for us 6 months before we actually moved here. One time he went to 3 different properties for us and FaceTimed me to show me every detail. Never once during our home searching process did he push us into a sell. Several times we left a house viewing, ready to put an offer in, and several hours later we changed our mind. Every time, Colby completely understood and made us few comfortable walking away from it. We never felt rushed into our home purchase. Colby is also very knowledgeable in home improvements, appliances, and things that will come up on inspections. Many times when we looked at houses he showed us the electrical boxes, plumbing, frame work, and other areas to pay attention to. Many times we looked things over and he stopped to point things out to us, or encouraged us to do additional inspections to make sure we knew what we were getting into. Colby is very responsive. If we ever had any questions he called me almost immediately. I highly recommend using Colby! We don’t plan to move for a very long time, but at every opportunity I will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you so much Colby!!

Negative experience: We are now in contact with a lawyer after Brian Jones sold us a house he listed for his friends. The house was said to be completely remodeled. Definitely not, mold so bad we are living in our van. The did the same to the neighbors. The owner of the real estate company also just made continual excuses. I told Brian I had a special needs daughter. He assured me it was a good house. We where moving from out of state and I trusted him. I don't recommend this company or Brian Jones!
