Negative experience: Howard Hanna: Where the house is $25k, but the lies are free. Ah yes, Howard Hanna New Castle — where the listing price is more of a “fun suggestion” than an actual number. Manager tells me the place is under dispute, so don’t waste my time. Then Richard jumps in with his own plot twist: they’ve nobly turned down offers, and if I want to peek inside, I’d better show up with about $7k more than the listing price. Because obviously the first price is just bait for the peasants. This is also the same Richard who told me a week earlier to send over my documents and promised to call back. I guess my phone only works for everyone else. And when I asked why the listing doesn’t match what they want? “That’s just the way it is.” Ohhh, okay — so false advertising is a company policy. Good to know. If you love being misled, ghosted, and treated like a contestant in some budget real estate game show, this is your dream agency. Don’t forget to bring that extra $7k — and maybe a clown nose, so you fit in.

DENISE TOOK 3 DAYS TO CALL US BACK AFTER WE CALLED AND SAID WE WANTED TO LOOK AT A HOME THEN BLAMED ME FOR GIVING HER WRONG NUMBERS WHEN I ONLY GAVE HER THE ONE SHE EVENTUALLY CALLED ON. BY THAT TIME WE FOUND ANOTHER REALITOR TO HELP US AND THAT DID NOT SIT WELL WITH DENISE. SHE MADE IT DIFFICULT FOR OUR REALITOR TO ACTUALLY SELL THE HOME, SHE WOULD NOT GET BACK TO HER, WITHHELD INFORMATION AND ALL AROUND WAS TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER OR HOWARD HANNA REALITY. DID I MENTION HOW BAD HOWARD HANNA AND DENISE ARE? OH YEAH THE WORST EVER! DON'T USE THEM!

Negative experience: One star is not to be reflected on agency, only the agent. Bought a house Jodi owned and was NOT "MOVE IN READY" as described and promised!! Thousands in repairs!! Couldn't retire. Will take yrs. to pay off now. And her Husband never returned to finish agreed upon work.
