Fantastic experience: The A+++ Team to Close in 19 Days! Susan and I connected after she responded to my post in a local Facebook group asking for suggestions on how to find the best realtor. Susan and a friend of mine, Sarah, both worked for the same real estate company and offered to team up to help us find the perfect house on a bit of a time crunch. We had an initial meeting where she walked us through the home buying process and answered the million questions we had as first time home buyers. We set up another meeting to go over what we were looking for and an hour later we were touring a house that we eventually had an accepted offer on 24 hours later! Susan and Sarah had spent the night researching comparable houses, walking us through the timeline, and explaining all the options to make a strong offer. Susan and Sarah were the A+ team but brought the ++ with of a great home inspector who was able to come out in less than 24 hours and a mortgage broker who were able to get us closed in 19 days from first touring the house. Susan was amazing at explaining the process, checking in with all parties, communicating, and on top of everything!

When we were selling our home, we had all the normal stress of moving and working full time just like many people do.
