Negative experience: Scheduled showings day before (in from out state) agents decides to cancel half hour before showings day of ( excuse was something personal came up) no plan B and told us in a text - couldn’t be bothered to call - didn’t have another agent in her office that could show since all homes were scheduled) didn’t CALL sent a text then ghosted us. I’m not impressed. It’s been hit n miss so dont waste your time w this office. Agent was Marie Markland. Started out so happy and ready to help - so non professional in the end. I get stuff happens in life but showing the homes would have taken under two hours.

Negative experience: Good luck if you get Cecilia Delgado Toured a townhouse with her, she was already almost an hour late to it and lied saying she tried calling me that morning to lmk, never got a call Well we like the townhouse, tell her we'll submit an application and we're trying to move by early May, she agrees that's doable Cue the absolute run around, she barely gets back to you, can't give me an official move-in date bc apparently their new maintenance guys haven't been out there to look at the apartment yet. We'll they get out there at the end of April (we wanted to move first week of May, put our applications in Early April) and still no date. I tell her I need one asap to give to my current landlords and I get ghosted. Even had an emergency where we really needed to move because current landlord wanted us out by the 8th so they can start on getting our apartment ready, but again silence Well a month goes by and still nothing, idk if she doesn't know how to operate a phone or what but it's extremely annoying and irritating when someone works a human interaction career yet can't even bother to text back. She's still ignoring us as we're trying to get our application money back. I'm pregnant in the 3rd trimester and was wanting to move before I got too big, but because of her pisspoor management, inability to communicate, we're having to wait longer to where it's painful for me to do all that physical activity. Just extremely unprofessional and really just doesn't want me to ever try to work with Halsey again

Negative experience: I never rented from this place but I have friends and people that have in the past and the property manager Cecilia acts like she doesn’t know what she is doing. Not to count I’ve never rent through them and yet cause I wet up there with my friends one day to turn in the keys she has been liking my post on Facebook then removing the like. She’s been sending me friend requests then removing it. 10/10 do not recommend renting here. Especially after how dirty they did my friends. Cecilia Delgado the agent leads people on saying false information. Does not actually care about certain situations plus has sat there and ignored their own renters! Not to count her boss will get in your face making it seem like he’s all big and bad. I won’t be shocked when someone reports this business to the Better Business Bureau ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Just completed a buyers closing for an amazing couple. As a mobile notary in Jonesboro, AR, I appreciate working with real estate teams that value professionalism, accuracy, and clear communication. Highly recommend Halsey for their organized and client-focused approach to real estate transactions.

Negative experience: I had a deeply disappointing experience with them, in regard to a commercial property I hired them to lease out. The broker was very helpful at first, but quickly started blowing me off, ignoring texts and calls for several weeks. When I called him on it, his response was very unprofessional. I understand that it's not their biggest property and other projects may take precedence, but I don't understand why they'd take on the project in the first place just to let it sit and avoid communication with me.

Fantastic experience: Debbie Finley is the best. She has helped my husband and I buy out personal home and a rental home. She is patient and dedicated. No matter how long it takes, she's there for you. I stopped in to say hello and she took time to visit. She knows we'll be looking for another home, whether that is in the near future or down the road. I highly recommend Debbie.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express the gratitude we feel. The selling experience with this realty group was, without question, exceptional. Jon gave us the confidence to list our house at a higher price than we thought we would be able to attain. After listing, we had multiple offers within 5 days and ended up closing very soon after. Not only was the selling process smooth, we were kept well informed through every step. Jon was always there to answer any of our questions. He was always available, even late at night or on weekends. In the event we purchase or sell another home in the area, Jon will be our first call. Thank you all for the exceptional customer service!

Negative experience: Recently purchased one of their rental properties for my mother to live in. She moved here from out of state since she is elderly and in poor health. We were made many promises that were not kept including the yard, roof, and driveway would be cleaned up. They were not. The house was dirty from sitting empty for some time. The inspection let slide some very concerning issues including rotten floors for moisture under the crawl space. Window screens are missing. Only one door lock and key. The dryer was venting through a toilet flange directly under the house with no ducting to outside. Toilets barely flush. Many issues that we were not made aware of or disclosed. Watch your disclosures because we got told that there was none. The agent was Duke fyi.

Positive experience: I've been renting from HTH for about four years now. In the beginning we had a landlord named Cassie and things were not all so good. It was difficult to get someone to answer maintenance requests or follow through with said request when answered. Sometimes taking days or weeks to fix the issue. But, that started changing when Chris Lawson became our landlord. We had an issue with our air conditioner last summer where it went out and got upwards of 95°F inside the house. Given previous interactions I was low on faith that the issue could be resolved quickly, but the very next day Chris Lawson made it happen. Another example, the fan on our air conditioner went out yesterday while I was at work. When I got home last night, after sweating and being hot at work I found our home sitting at 85°F. Feeling dreadful of what might be facing the heat all weekend I reached out to Chris Lawson and he pulled through again. As the sun rose he sent word to get the issue fixed. And, within an hour or two it was fixed! I am amazed! So, a big thank you to Chris Lawson for your diligence and helpfulness. If you rent from Chris, he's got you.

Fantastic experience: HTREG has been very good me especially during a time when I needed everything and HTREG was there to fill in the gap. On March 28, 2020 a tornado hit Jonesboro, AR and it came out of nowhere which was devastating to the whole entire community. Unfortunately, Jonesboro, AR looked like it was hit by a bomb by the tornado, especially with all the debris, damage and wreckage that was caused by the tornado. During this time, my family and I had to find shelter at the Embassy Suites and we had to stay there for roughly 3 ½ months. HTREG staff work collaboratively with my homeowners insurance in assisting me with temporary housing with one of the properties that HTREG manages. The HTREG property manager (Chris) is the manager of the property that I reside in. Chris is very competent in the property management aspect and he is actually concern about the well being of the residents . If I have a problem and in need of assistance he is always my to go person about any and everything I need when addressing any issue that I may have in reference to the rental property. Therefore, I am very thankful to the HTREG for being my rock these last three years. difficult times of my life.

We recently moved into a bigger place through April who is also amazing. She got us in quick and had the place spotless before move in.

Fantastic experience: Edward Harris came out tonight after hours in the rain due to my front door being jammed. I had all 3 of my kids with me so he rushed over to see what needed to be done about the problem. He went to get the parts needed to fix my door and got it done fast. Also he fixed my loose toilet seat while he was there. Thank you!!!!

Negative experience: They treated me horrible but of course I contacted everyone and they all blew me off. I was led on a long string of lies just to be told the property was rented to someone by the landlord after I was told it wasn't ready to be rented. Then I was told by the agent "oh I didn't tell you that" after i called the office his story changed he said legally he couldn't tell me anything but the property has been rented. They have an employee who intentionally lied to me so if this is their practice I definitely wouldn't advise anyone I know to use this company unless you are from a certain background.
