Fantastic experience: Abby and Marty have our highest recommendation! Fantastic experience: Marty and Abby are a fantastic team - friendly, supportive, and very responsive. Helpful with any and all questions we had. They made the entire process of selling our home feel very easy and as stress-free as possible!

Fantastic experience: Our recent experience with Martin and Abby Champagne of Remax Reality has been nothing but fabulous. Truly they are elite professional with honest and comforting personalities. I especially honor and respect how beautifully they support and value each other. An amazing team for sure. We ran into a number of bumps in the process. Fantastic experience: Working with the Champagne Team was a true pleasure. From day one, they were collaborative, flexible, and genuinely focused on the shared goal: getting their seller’s home sold and helping our buyer close with confidence. What stood out most was how real they were—no drama, just steady, solutions-oriented teamwork. Every step of the way felt like a partnership, not a negotiation. We communicated openly, adapted when needed, and kept the focus on what mattered most for both parties. I’d gladly work with them again anytime. Fantastic experience: We were so blessed to have the Champagnes as our listing agents! As sellers who had been in the same home for over 40 years, we leaned heavily on their expertise & experience to guide us smoothly in our selling process. Their commitment to clients is amazing and communication is top notch. We can’t imagine not having the two of them representing us, working for us & being there every step with us. Whether you are a seller or buyer, you can choose the Champagne Team with confidence. Thank you for Everything!

Fantastic experience: Marty and Abby are the best. They do everything to help you with the sale of your home. We trusted everything they did to assist us in the completion of the transaction. We had a different realtor prior to using them and he was not helpful and did so many things wrong. He was looking out for his commission unlike the Champagne team who looks out for their clients first.

Fantastic experience: Marty & Abby helped us with both the purchase of a new home and the sale of an old home, and we could not have asked for a better team in our corner! They were flexible to work with around our busy schedules, knowledgeable and helpful through each step, and got us the best bang-for-our-buck on both ends of the process. Cheers to the Champagne team!

Fantastic experience: Abby & Marty Champagne were great to work with. We needed to buy a house quickly, in an area we were not familiar with. We were on the west coast, with a 2 hour time difference and unable to be here to help with the search. We received frequent listing updates via email, and Abby did video tours with me. She was always available to answer questions, no matter how late in the evening for her. The teams knowledge of the area, and neighborhoods, is impressive. Even after closing, they are still available for my many questions about the area.

Fantastic experience: Marty and Abby are truly the best! They are so knowledgable, prompt, professional, and fun too! We also have to mention patient and reactive! They were very kind and understanding throughout our process and when we were ready to strike- they made arrangements that were so accommodating. Great communication and reassurance! Fantastic experience: Marty & Abby are local realtors from Oak Creek & since I've lived in Oak Creek for over 22 years, it was a simple choice to select them to help sell my aging parents home of where they had lived for over 50 years. From working with me locally and my brother who lives in Hawaii on timelines, documents, finding time to meet with us to the end of closing, they were with us and our parents every step of the way and made it much easier with a seamless transition. I highly recommend Marty & Abby for your real estate needs whether you are buying or selling. They really do care about their clients and were with us every step of the long road we traveled. Thank you, Marty & Abby!!

Fantastic experience: Huge shout out to Marty and Abby! Moving our aging parents from their home of 50 years and managing it from out of state seemed like a big endeavor and created a lot of worry and anxiety going in. Abby and Marty were an absolute joy to work with and made the entire experience amazing!! Their patience and gentle nature with all of us created an environment of trust. It was seamless from top to bottom and their communication was timely, even as we dealt with time zones and travel. I would highly recommend them for any and all aspects of selling or buying a home!

Fantastic experience: Whether you are looking to buy or sells home/condo or any real estate, I would highly recommend THE CHAMPAGNE TEAM-MARTY & ABBY CHAMPAGNE !! I purchased a condo thru them and also sold thru them. Through my selling process we did hit a few bumps but my realtors kept at it & never let me down. I would highly recommend anytime buying make sure your lender is rated well as the lending can disturb things terribly on the buyer end and upset the sellers as what came up with my sale. My realtors fought with me till the end and the end results were awesome! Marty & Abby are very honest and as we started had I listened to them on the start price we would of sold faster!! Always have trust when choosing your realtor as I did & they are trained in the fair market value of your home. From start to finish, they did an awesome job and always kept telling me it will happen! And it did!! They worked hard, harder than most sales they have listed, & that is what you need to think about? Will they work hard for you till the sale is complete? My expectations were totally met & beyond!! Not only have they been always there to sell but to be a friend & to build trust! I want to thank you Marty & Abby Champagne for all the hard work & for being very knowledgeable in realestate needs! They have earned over 200 million in sales since 2001! My team is A+ & #10 out of 10! Thanks for everything, I appreciate you greatly. Way to go!!! We did it!!!!!‍♀️
