Fantastic experience: Barbara is a fantastic agent. Very patient and highly experienced. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was in Kansas to visit my sister (I’m from Miami, Fl) and during my visit I wanted to see homes in the area. Little did I know, that I would meet Barbara Kearney, a real estate agent and friend of my sister. I told Barbara what I was looking for and within a couple of days she found me the perfect house. I immediately fell in love with the house and by the end of the month I was signing the documents. The entire experience with Barbara was amazing. She got me in contact with all the right people and everything worked out smoothly in just a matter of weeks. Barbara is a true professional and a genuinely nice person who accommodated my needs and guided me throughout the entire process. I would recommend her very highly.

Fantastic experience: Barbara Kearney was our agent, and I can’t praise or recommend her enough. Barbara was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire process smooth and a lot less stressful. She went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home – she was always on top of everything, kept us informed, and was always available when we needed her. We felt that she was always upfront and honest with us; it never felt like she was just trying to just sell us a house – she wanted to make sure we found our perfect home. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with her and we highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for a real estate agent and a friend.

Fantastic experience: Barbara was our agent to buy our new home and now she's working on selling our old home. Before we decided to buy/sell, she came to our home and spent over 2 hours talking with us before we even made the decision to move. She earned our trust and support with helpfulness and professionalism. Buying the new home went very smoothly with her help. Now, even though selling the old home presents a couple of challenges, she's putting in a lot of time and effort to make it goes smoothly also. She's a thoughtful and considerate lady. Would highly recommend her for your realtor!

Fantastic experience: As a first-time home buyer, Barbara was absolutely amazing to work with. She answered questions, alleviated worries, helped us navigate decisions, and was readily available for advice. With Barbara's help, what could have been a stressful process was seamless as she facilitated a quick 30 day close and I am able to write this review from the comfort of my beautiful new home. I cannot recommend Barbara more!

Fantastic experience: Barbara did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home. She is well organized, an excellent communicator and always a step ahead with planning. She was always honest and was tenacious when things did not work out with the first house we made an offer on. We have sold/bought multiple houses throughout our lives and she is by far the best realtor we have had.

Fantastic experience: Working with Kim was great and we recommend her to everyone and if we ever go through this process again we’ll use her again!

Positive experience: Layton Real Estate was integral in getting our SPEC homes sold, by staging our first home, we were also able to make sales on 2 additional homes. The staging company that Layton Real Estate used played a huge role in making the customer see the possibilities for utilizing and decorating our homes!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic group to work with! Friendly, reliable and hardworking. They will do a great job for you!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience as a first time home buyer! I spent a lot of time looking at houses, asking questions, and ended up with something perfect for me. Thanks LRE!

Fantastic experience: I've used Layton real estate twice now absolutely great people to work with love them all but have to give special shout out to Sara klam as my agent thanks so much for patience and help through selling process. Great people

Fantastic experience: Barbara and her team were the absolute best to work with. She guided us and gave us peace of mind through the whole process. We could not have asked for better service!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Barbara Kearney to find a commercial space to lease. Having never bought a building before she was great to work with from start to finish. She had my best interest in mind the entire time and was on the ball contacting anybody and everybody she could to see what was available. When nothing was available to suit my needs she helped in switching gears to look for what was available to buy. She spent countless hours and made several trips to look at a couple of different opportunities and when the first one didn't work out she continued working to find the right solution. We eventually found the perfect building to buy and she was there educating me along the way and helping guide me with inspectors and even contractors. Barbara went above and beyond helping in my search to find a building. I would highly recommend her and Layton Real Estate for any commercial or residential listings.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was great! Really appreciate all her good service.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was a blessing to work with a real life saver, such a bright and cheerful personality that brought such a lightened mood to a stressful situation. I told her exactly what I needed and wanted and she made it all happen perfectly. Completely recommend having her on your side whether you're buying or selling!

Fantastic experience: Layton Real Estate has provided invaluable tips and information for my home purchase, albeit out of state. Everyone in the office has always been exceedingly kind and helpful. However, do not mistake kindness for weakness. They know their business, and how to play ball. They have an immaculate reputation amongst a number of Agents in the Chicago Metro area.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Layton Real Estate. I would never use anyone else. I worked with Kim Hoehn and she made this the easiest and smoothest process for me. I was so impressed. I really thought buying my first house would be scary, and difficult but she made everything so great and explained everything. She’s very responsive and explained the whole process to me.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Sarah to sell our family home, and she was WONDERFUL! She was helpful, honest, and transparent. We never felt like she was pushy about getting the sale, she wanted us to get the most we could out of the home, as quickly as possible. Everyone at Layton Real Estate does great work, but Sarah knocked it out of the park! Thanks Layton RE and thanks Sarah!!

Fantastic experience: When looking to sell or buy a house Barbara with Layton Real Estate is your gal! She is the absolute best! She listens to your wants and needs and is determined to find you the home of your dreams. She has helped us buy 2 homes and sell one. As most know, the process of selling and buying a house is tedious and has many details that you can’t over look. Barbara was so great with walking us through everything and making us feel 100% ok with asking as many questions as we wanted. She was always there when we needed and always worked with our schedules. We have found our dream home and it is all thanks to her! Thank you Barbara for all that you have done. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: Choosing Layton Real Estate to help us look for our first home was the best decision we could have made. It was the most responsive and helpful service I have ever received, and I could feel that we were being cared for. If you are buying, selling, or even just looking, it doesn’t get any better than Layton Real Estate. Would recommend to anybody anytime.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Sarah on buying my first home. Sarah went above and beyond when it came to searching for the right home for me. Everything she sent me and showed me was exactly what I wanted to see. She was very response to any questions or concerns I had in regards to home buying. She always put me the buyer first. She was never pushy, and never once made me feel as if she was just trying to make a sale. Every viewing that Sarah set up she was there on time and ready to show the house. One thing that really stuck out to me during the viewings, was her attention to details around the house. Cracks in the walls, windows in need of repair. Water damage, you name it she would see it and point it out. Sarah is very good at her job, and I highly recommend her and the rest of the team at Layton reality!

Fantastic experience: Selecting Barbara Kearney of Layton Real Estate to sell my elderly mother’s house was the best decision I’ve ever made. She was so great with my mom explaining every little thing so that my mom felt comfortable signing the abundance of paperwork that goes along with selling a house. Barbara handled every single thing which made the whole process go off without a hitch and she was so pleasant to work with! She even bought my mom several gifts and took them to her at the assisted living facility that she was at as a congratulations for selling her house. I will definitely use Barbara Kearney again if I’m in need of a realtor. Couldn’t have been happier with her work!!!

Fantastic experience: Kim Hoeh with Layton Real Estate is amazing. She helped my son purchase a home in 2017. When we met her she was so amazing. You feel like you have known her all your life. She knew every detail of what he wanted and was in contact, daily, to let him know as soon as anything became available. We would receive automatic updates through the Layton portal but she still called. He must have looked at 20 homes before he found the one he loved. He was in his mid 20’s looking for his first home to start a family. Her focus was solely on him and his family. She treated him like he was apart of her family. The process was so easy and stress free. 2 months ago he decided to sell that home and build his “forever” home. Again, he contacted Kim. The process started in late August and that home is already sold and closed. She was all over it and he got every penny he asked for. She did not yield. She is a go getter, honest, up front and loyal. My son is now in the process of working with Kim to purchase land for his new home. We could not ask for a better realtor or company to work with. We are honored to be a part of the Layton Real Estate family. I would recommend them to everyone with 150% confidence that you will have the same amazing experiences that we did.

Fantastic experience: Kim made it so easy. She is always happy and upbeat. She made the whole process easy to understand and we are so happy she was the one to help us sell our parents home.

Made the process as smooth and painless as possible. She helped us find our dream home and we are so excited and forever grateful!!

Fantastic experience: Kim Hoehn was great to work with. She made the sale of my home easy and stress free. I'd love to work with her again!

Fantastic experience: Kim at Layton exceeded our expectations. Selling a house, and buying a new one at the same time can be a stressful process, but Kim helped make the transition as smooth as possible. We were able to sell our house at the price we wanted, and also get into our dream home at the same time. Fantastic service, and she'll always answer no matter how busy she is. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience using Layton Real Estate ! We used Kim Hoehn who was absolutely amazing . She was very thorough, honest and kept in touch daily as needed . I was a bit anxious thru the whole thing and she was very patient with us. We were also in contact with Barb at one point and she was very helpful . For their team to work together so well and always be available to us was very important to us. We would recommend any members working at Layton Real Estate . They are all wonderful to work with.

Fantastic experience: When we made the decision to sell our home of 17 years, I promptly started stressing out about all the other decisions we were going to have to make. How do we know what a reasonable asking price is? Do we need to paint this room? Do we need to replace this flooring? Are our teenagers'... ummmm... "eccentric" decorating tastes going to be a problem? (Think dark gray walls and neon colored trim, okay?) It turns out the only thing we really needed to worry about was choosing our realtor and, lucky for us, I don't think we could've made a better choice. I sent a message to Kim Hoehn, asking her to help us out. From that moment on she made every step of the process easier than I ever could've dreamed! Kim guided us through every decision and almost completely relieved all the pressure and stress that comes with selling a house. She managed to get us several offers on our house, many for more than our asking price, on the first day it was on the market. She navigated the whole negotiation process and helped us choose the offer that was best for us. If at any time I had any questions or concerns, I knew I could text her and she would always get back with me in a timely manner. Selling the home we raised our babies in was a tough choice, but I'll be forever grateful to Kim to for making it such an incredibly positive experience!

Fantastic experience: Sarah Klamm is an excellent real estate agent!! She is very knowledgeable and always made herself available to answer any or all questions. Layton Real Estate did an excellent job marketing our home resulting to a quick sale.
