Fantastic experience: We set out to purchase a home and had a few specifics in mind. A few others showed us homes but we didn't feel heard or understood. Kind of a disconnect. And maybe some of that was on our part in the initial "leap", or lack thereof. Positive experience: We’ve been shopping for a new home in Snyder since the fall. Our experience has been just fair. Do NOT under any circumstances do any type of a purchase outside of the contract for the home itself. Things such as: buying the sellers furniture, survey, etc. This is 100% where this company falls down and fails to take or get action. Just like advocating for yourself as a patient or for a family member. You need to do the same thing during a real estate transaction. All transactions agreed upon should be presented at closing-point blank! One should not have to chase another buyer down based on fraudulent words provided by a buyer. Do your own due diligence and make informed decisions.

Negative experience: Stay away from this outfit. Was going to buy a house they had listed. Realtor assured me all utilities would be on for inspection. Inspector and I both drove 1.5 hours to the house on inspection day. Realtor is not there, which would have been OK, had the utilities been on. None were. Both the water and gas were off / locked. The electricity was off, as well. Realtor said to have inspector trip a wire. That was it - no proper legally worded authorization. Took multiple texts between the realtor and myself, as well as the realtor and inspector, to obtain proper authorization. Then, realtor told me I would have to pay to have the inspector come back to inspect plumbing and gas. She also sad I would have to pay to extend the option period. This is after she assured me all utilities would be on for inspection. I told her she was crazy. Also, fire damage was not disclosed by the seller and was found inside the attic. There was also damage visible to anyone who looked up at the ceiling of the improperly installed roof to the back porch. Realtor should have noticed this when accepting the listing and disclosed to me. She did not. Finally, I had to chase the realtor via text / email to get my earnest money back. She replied in all caps - very unprofessional. Stay away from this realty company.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, I worked with a agent and he was friends with the owner of the house I was going to buy, took me a week to get the contracted signed properly and errors fixed over and over again. Questions I asked, took several days to get answered. Referred me to a horrible inspector. Had to turn in my own paperwork and go to the escrow company myself to get the earnest money check. Overall worst home buying experience ever. I recommend staying very far away from this company.
